El Vista is a lovely holiday home of a family who live in the UK It is a stylish modern 2 bedroom apartment with quality furniture and fittings with lovely views of the Caribbean sea from the patio. It has its own plunge pool for sole use. El Vista can sleep up to 5 people It is 5 minutes walk from a glorious beach which never gets crowded and just 10 minutes drive from Holetown which has excellent restaurants, bars, night-life and a good shopping centre. The newly opened Lime Grove is a shopping experience not to be missed. The Apartment is 5 minutes drive from p MullIins Beach which is considered to be among the best beaches in Barbados and offers excellent swimming, water sports, beach bar , beach chairs and umbrellas. Diving centres and swimming with turtles are available at nearby beaches. Tennis courts are available in Holetown and several golf courses are only a few minutes drive away.

Several places of Interest are within easy reach of the property.

The patio overlooking the floodlit plunge pool creates great ambience for alfresco dining in the evenings

We have just returned from our brilliant holiday at El Vista and we would like to say how perfect everything was. My wife really enjoyed the visit from the monkeys on 2 occasions. El Vista was the best Apartment we have stayed in on all our foreign holidays and really hope we can stay again in the future. Many thanks once again.

Lovely apartment great location

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The apartment is lovely but needs a little updating, but overall it was a good place to stay, beds best we have ever slept on. Views fantastic from patio, bit of noise from the adjacent road but overall great place to stay. A car is necessary if you don't wish to walk uphill to the apartment . Everyone around very friendly and felt safe.

Elma and Tony very reponsive to emails,

Would definitely stay again, we loved the morning show from the monkeys and little birds who joined us for breakfast.

Great Apartment

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. Elma and Tony were very responsive to emails prior to our holiday. The apartment was very good - spacious and clean, with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely Appartment

This apartment was perfectly suited to our needs. Everything we needed for out stay was in the apartment, and the twice weekly main service was very good with helpful staff.

We had some beautiful sunsets seen from our veranda.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here, but there are some minor points that may be more important to others staying here: The electricity cables alongside the garden did obstruct the view. During the day, the adjacent road the occasional larger vehicle could be quite noisy climbing the hill. Because it is west fencing, there was little sun in the garden, so not much chance of getting sunburn (but this could equally be a good point).

When we stayed here we were the only guests in the block of 4 apartments, so we had no problem parking. As it was the car hire company gave us a free upgrade to a SUV, and access to the front parking area was a little tight, and if there had been three other cars parked there, the parking would have been snug, but no worse than your adverage supermarket car park.

Will only a ceiling fan in the launge and leather seats, it could get a little sticky if sat for ant length of time.

But these are very minor points and we would be very happy to stay again. Excellent value for money.

A Great Place

lEl Vista was everything it said it was and more, from being picked up from the airport by Lloyd and greeted by Rachel at the apartment even though it was late evening. The local beach is just a 10 min. walk is clean and unspoilt. The apartment has everything that you need for a enjoyable stay on this beautiful island. we will certainly be booking again in the future. You need a car to get about and Lloyd can arrange this for you at a reasonable price. I would urge anybody looking for apartment in Barbados look no further just book you will not be disappointed.

Great Value.

Everything was exactly as described, the property was immaculate and a small problem with a leaky cistern was quickly rectified.

Location is just a short drive up the hill from the beach road, more or less between Holetown and Speightstown, so car hire is recommended which will also give you the opportunity of driving round this delightful Island and finding some beautiful places you wouldn't normally see staying on one of the resorts.

I have no hesitation in recommending this property and I will be renting it again on my next visit to Barbados.
