Enter into this home and you’ll notice a 4-foot tall, 4-foot wide freezer for your group to store its prepared catches after a day of fishing.

Take an immediate left and you’ll find the amazing, well-equipped kitchen with an open layout, large counter space and kitchen table with seating for 4. Gather for coffee and breakfast in the morning and prepare tasty, home-cooked dinners for the entire group.

Enjoy your group meals in the adjacent, classically furnished dining room with extra seating to comfortably fit everyone.

Step down into the great living room, where natural light pours from large, parallel windows and fills the vaulted-ceiling space for a real, cabin-like environment. Relax on the plush furniture and stream your favorite shows on the 52-inch flat-screen TV..

Drift off to a peaceful sleep in one of the spacious, quiet bedrooms, each with a private, en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king- and queen-sized bed, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 4 twin beds, a full bed and a shower/tub combination.

This region is famous for fishing, especially in the fall when salmon run through the Salmon River. Only a couple miles north, the Salmon River also offers a prime location for trout and steelhead fishing.

The property is positioned between Altmar State Forest and Selkirk Shores State Park and near many other state parks where you’ll find great cross-country skiing, hunting, hiking and mountain biking trails.
Lake Ontario’s Mexico Bay is only 5 miles west so bring your boats and swim wear. Drop the boat and spend a day sailing, tubing and swimming, then enjoy a scenic evening sunset by the lake.

The Tug Hill Region is 20 to 30 miles east and is notorious for heavy snowfall in the Winter. The extensive snowmobiling trails offer an exciting opportunity to explore the surrounding wildlife.

Pulaski’s town center is only 3 miles north with local supermarkets, fun dining experiences and Fat Nancy’s Bait and Tackle shop to prepare your fishing equipment and clean your catches.

Travel thirty miles south to Syracuse and enjoy a fine shopping experience in the area’s largest mall. Head 20 miles the other direction to Sackets Harbor, filled with restaurants World War History museums and a beautiful harbor.
