Apartment in an exclusive area, very quiet and near of the most important places of enjoyment like restaurants, casino, hotels, pubs...At only 2 minutes walking you can found the hotel Santa Catalina with its marvellous casino and restaurants. at only 5 minutes walking you are in the marina of Las Palmas surrounded of restaurants over the sea, terraces and pubs, all of them with marvellous views. 5 minutes walking you will be in the beach named Alcaravaneras, and in 5 minutes by car in the best beach of Las Palmas called Las Canteras.. In a few minutes by car you can enjoy of all commercials areas of the city. It has got 2 golf: Las Palmeras Golf and Bandama golf.

Great apartment, location could be better

We were a group of 6 adults.

The apartment was nicely laid out. The kitchen was very small but quite well equipped.

The 1st (downstairs) bedroom was quite spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space. The 2nd (upstairs) was also quite spacious and had some wardrobe space. The 3rd (smallest) was very small and a little uncomfortable for 2 people to share.

The sitting room/dining area was fantastic and the outdoor terrace was excellent to sit out on or sunbathe on.

There was only 1 bathroom but it was a nice one. Some toiletries were also left for us when we arrived which was a nice touch.

There was free high speed wifi which was convenient.

The entrance to the apartment is up a stairs so it is not suitable for elderly or disabled people.

The location was not great. It was a 20-30 minute walk from Las Canteras and a similar distance from Vegueta/Triana. However, there was a nice running track and exercise area very close by. Tao club, a cool night club was very closeby. El Caravaneras beach was also near but not as nice a beach as Las Canteras.

Overall it was a lovely property and I would recommend a stay there!

All our tenants thought this is the best property in Las Palmas, due to the rest of the properties at the city area use to be small, not sunny and with a very small terrace. The spacious terrace of this house with its marvellous views, make of this house a fantastic place of holidays. Thanks again and I hope to see you soon again!

Einfamilienhaus Quartier, ruhig, wunderbare Terrasse

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Wohnung ist ein sogenanntes Penthouse mit Sicht über die Dächer bis ans Meer. Die Terrasse ist sehr gross und lädt ein, zum draussen essen und relaxen. Es könnte jedoch im Sommer dort oben sehr heiss werden.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein. Generell etwas abgegriffen aber OK.In einem Zimmer haben nur 2 Betten Platz, sonst gar nichts. Dafür hat es im anderen Schlafzimmer 2 Schränke.

im Bad ist Platz für eine Person und in der Küche ist es äusserst eng. Es kann sich nur eine Person darin aufhalten.

Der Aufgang zur Wohnung hat eine steile Eisentreppe und ein schmales Treppenhaus. Für normal fitte Leute kein Problem. Für schweres Gepäck schon eher.

Supermarkt in etwa 12 Minuten Marsch erreichbar.

Freundliche und grosszügige Besitzer.
