nice and central apartment for 4 person, close to Ramblas

The apartment is located in the city center, in the picturesque district of Sant Antoni market whose centenary will see from the balcony.

The area is excellent for exploring the city. Due to its strategic location, you can go either walking or in the countless transportation (bus, metro, bike, etc) to places, neighborhoods and most emblematic monuments of the city.

In just ten minutes walking, you will be in Las Ramblas, Plaza of Spain, the Passeig de Gracia, Rambla de Catalunya, Montjuic, Plaza Catalunya, the Gothic Quarter, the Raval, the gothic, or Maremagnum, among other examples.

Taking the subway home at 50 meters you will find in just 15 minutes at the feet of the Holy Family.

Definitely the best place to see the city.

Small but cozy.

I enjoy my stay , with my age going up and down the stairs is a straggle with the luggage to carry is even worst for younger age it's a nice place to stay. Close to everything , metro, bus and mercado (fresh super market) is just few steps from the door way.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here with our two children and they LOVED the loft!! It was a good location with a wonderful little grocery just a few doors down and a bakery around the corner. We saved some money by having a few meals in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and even had a stovetop espresso machine like we use at home - major Bonus! We enjoyed having a glass of wine together on the little balcony and people watching. The market is still under construction but when it is complete it will make the apartment even more enjoyable I think.

It was conveniently located, with many things to see walkable. the times we decided to take a cab, we had no problem finding one right out front of the building. Never took us more than a couple of minutes to hail a cab. It was a great apartment in a nice, convenient and safe neighborhood.

Thank you so much and we hope to return someday.

Loved it!!

This beautiful apartment is cozy and quite comfortable. We liked that it was located within walking distance to central Plaza and just about everything one would want to see. Manuel was very helpful, and easy to work with.

Wonderful Barcelona

My Partner and I stayed at the lovely wood house this past May and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the 5 nights we were there. We loved the area we were very close to many sights and it was very easy to navigate ourselves around. So many cute shops and great food options a short distance away. Manuel the owner and manager was very helpful and friendly and checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and that we had everything we needed. Perfect time in a perfect apartment in Barcelona, we were very sad to leave. I would recommend the wood house to many and if we ever venture back to Barcelona we will be sure to stay there again.

A lovely apartment in a great neighborhood of Barcelona

We (a family of 4 - 2 adults, 12 and 14 year old sons) stayed there for 4 nights. The apartment is in a perfect location in Barcelona - we walked to Camp Nou, the fortress, La Ramba, everywhere. There were grocery/convenience shops right on the street below, as well as great places for meals. There is construction on the market across the street, we did not find the noise too much and loved the fact that we had so much light and privacy as there are no neighbors across the street. The apartment was well equipped and the boys liked hanging out in the loft during siesta (they took turns sleeping up there at night - the other slept on the pull out sofa). The bathroom and kitchen were small but in good shape. Manuel was a pleasure to work with. We would love to return.

Great apartment in a great neighborhood!

Our family of 4 stayed here very comfortably! Everything you could need is provided by Manuel in this sweet apartment. The neighborhood is safe and there is always something going on! Make sure you go see Rafael at La Bodega D'en Rafael around the corner, away from the market, for some amazing tapas and drinks.
