Three well-equipped apts. with garden and A/C – only five min. from the beach

Casa Ficus is a small apartment building on a peaceful side street near the town centre, and is surrounded by a well-kept, typical Mediterranean garden. The building comprises 3 apartments: One big 6-person apartment upstairs and two smaller apartments, for 4 and 2 people respectively, on the ground floor. The nearest supermarket (with baker), pharmacy, and restaurant are all a few minutes' walk away. The building is in a central yet peaceful location. The sun shines almost all day on the upstairs apartment and its terrace, while the ground floor apartments have less sun, making them more comfortable after a long day at the beach in the height of summer. The harbour beach is a 5-minute walk away, while Es Trenc Beach can be reached in 10 minutes. The apartments are ideal for summer or winter holidays, being equipped with a reversible air-conditioning unit, a washing machine, and all the other necessities for long stays.

Beaches: The town of Colonia lies between two magnificent pristine natural beaches, Es Trenc and Es Dolc. Es Trenc stretches several kilometres from Colonia to Sa Rapita. In the off season, guests can enjoy long hikes along the beach and take a little detour into the hinterland, where they will find a bird sanctuary and the well-known Mallorcan salt flats. Summer fun beckons at the beach, where you can rent sun loungers or enjoy the many refreshments at the beach bar. A section between Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita is a designated nudist beach. Es Dolc beach, where freshwater springs bubble out of the ground, lies approx. 500 m from the harbour. It is usually less crowded than the harbour beach right by the promenade and offers a stunning view of the harbour of Colonia and the boats anchored in the bay. Hikes to remote, isolated beaches also start from Es Dolc beach.

The town of Colonia: Colonia boasts a small yet lovely harbour with restaurants, bars, and charming boutiques that sell all sorts of trinkets. A stroll along the promenade is always worth your while, be it to take in the beach's night-time ambiance after a nice meal at a restaurant, admire the mole and lighthouse, or enjoy one last drink or glass of wine in one of the cosy bars along the harbour before heading back to the apartment. During the day, a small train travels through Colonia – a great way to discover the town's hidden corners. Boat trips to the island of Cabrera, a nature reserve which lies just off the coast, offer a change of scenery to nature lovers. Children love the area's many playgrounds. The night clubs and discos are deserted before midnight, but stay lively well into the morning.

Bella villetta a Colonia St Jordi

Villetta posta in una via interna di Colonia St Jordi. Non facile da trovare soprattutto se arrivate la notte dal momento che le vie sono simili e l'illuminazione non è eccezionale. Ottima sistemazione, arredamento funzionale e moderno, cucina attrezzata. Camere con letto a castello per il terzo e quarto ospite. Materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Casa pulita ed ordinata. Giardino in comune nella zona ingresso e portico ombreggiato utile anche per la presenza di un ampio tavolo con sedie per ogni appartamento. Nelle vicinanze supermarket e alcuni ristoranti, la casa è in zona tranquilla con parcheggi pubblici gratuiti. Ines è una padrona di casa molto simpatica e ci ha dato consigli per la ns. vacanza a Miaorca che sono stati utili.

Excellent séjour à Casa Ficus

Nous avons passé 12 jours formidables à Casa Ficus de Colonia Sant Jordi ... Un accueil très sympathique de la part d'Inès sur qui nous avons pu compter tout au long du séjour en cas de besoin.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, au calme, mais à 5 minutes à pied seulement de deux rues très commerçantes dont une est piétonne. La boulangerie est à 50 m ... idéal pour les petits-déjeûners ! Il y a aussi un Spar pratique en cas de besoin. Il y a beaucoup de supermarches en ville ( Spar, Eroski market). A 12 km, à Campos, se trouve le grand supermarche Mercadona.

L'appartement 6 personnes est très grand et vraiment fonctionnel. A notre arrivée, il était superbement préparé ...ménage, lits faits, petites attentions sur la table ainsi que dans le réfrigérateur ! Les chambres sont grandes et bien aménagées. La climatisation est bien agréable au retour de la plage. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine qui donne accès à une grande terrasse où vous pouvez prendre vos repas bien tranquillement.

Il y a beaucoup de jolies plages qui sont vraiment très proches : celle du port se situe à 5 minutes à pied mais vous pouvez rejoindre en moins de 10 minutes supplémentaires la magnifique plage Es dolc en empruntant à l'Est un chemin aménagé longeant la mer ... les eaux y sont magnifiques. Avec un peu de courage et 30 minutes de marche en plus, vous atteindrez la plage d'Es Carbo ... qui n'a rien à envier aux plages des Caraïbes ... un régal ! Vers l'ouest, vous pourrez accéder à la jolie plage d'Es Trenc : cette plage est une des rares à être accessible en voiture mais le parking est payant !

A partir de Colonia vous pourrez accéder à d'autres sites tout aussi beaux : Cala llombards, phare des Salines à 20 minutes, les falaises de Formentor et la playa de muro à moins d'une heure ... pour ne citer que ceux-là ..

Pour conclure, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement, séjour qui en annonce d'autres ....

Das beste was es zu bieten gibt in St. Jordi. Wie in jedem Jahr wurden wir von Frau ?????.gut aufgenommen. Die Aussagen im Internet und dem Original das man in St. Jordi Haus Cala Ficus vorfindet, übertreffen die Angaben noch zu 110% . Eine wirklich schönes Haus, schöne Anlage, sauber gepflegt und sehr Hell. Eine sehr schöne Wohnungseinrichtung. Alles in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Anmietung und die Buchung wurden von Frau ????? Einwand frei und unkompliziert erledigt. Wie in jedem Jahr wurden wir von Frau ??? gut betreut. Ein Auto zu mieten über Frau????? war das beste. Kein warten am Flughafen. Austeigen aus der Maschine---Parkhaus---einsteigen ins Auto..herrlich. Keine 2 Minuten. Dieses Haus kann man nur empfehlen. Die Kurzen Wege zum Bäcker..zum Hafen...

Es ist nur schön.

Wir empfehlen...diese Haus. Weil es zu Hause ist.

Ines, doll. Wir kommen wieder . Haben ein zu Hause gefunden..und lieben es.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei Frau ????? Wie in jedem Jahr wurden wir herzlichst aufgenommen. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung ( 6 Personen ) . Sauber, gepflegt und sehr hell. Die Aussagen im Internet stimmen mit den Angaben von Frau Schöbel 110 % überein. Die Buchung, und dann die folgende Kooperation war vorbildlich von Frau ???????. Eine Weiterempfehlung habe ich bereits durchgeführt. Einen eigenen Flyer entworfen und sie an alle Berufsfeuerwehren in Deutschland verschickt. Ich hoffe es fruchtet. Da muss man einfach hin. Wer es nicht macht...!!hat die Welt verpennt!!

Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Bäcker..Supermarkt sind 2 Minuten entfernt.

Der Strand, die Restaurants, der Hafen sind in den Abenstunden ein Traum.

Wir geben 10 Sterne für das Casa Ficus.

Wir kommen wieder Ines...Keine Frage.

Casa Ficus 6 Personen rundum weiterzuempfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man zu einem gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Es fehlte an absolut nichts und was für uns wichtig ist: es war so sauber wie ich noch keine Ferienwohnung zuvor vorgefunden habe!

Die Ausstattung ist absolut komplett, mein Sohn fand sogar seine geliebte Orangensaftpresse! Schön war, dass sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden war, da wir gern landestypisch kochen, aber nicht abwaschen ;-).

Die Beschreibung im Internet trifft den Kern, die große Terrasse ist toll.

Colonia de Sant Jordi is a small fishing village in south-western Mallorca that lies between the natural beaches of S'Avall and Es Trenc. A nature reserve and bird sanctuary are nearby, as is the island of Cabrera, which was declared a national park in 1992. It can be visited during the holiday season on a tour boat that leaves from Colonia de Sant Jordi. The nearest city is Campos, where tourists can enjoy the typical Mallorcan ambiance, the small well-assorted shops, the restaurants, and the traditional festivals on public holidays. The protected beaches are child-friendly and perfect for long walks, especially outside of the high season. There are motorcycle and bicycle rentals in town, so that two-wheeler fans can also get their money's worth. Visitors can walk around the entire town and discover the small sandy and rocky beaches on the newly laid out 'paseo' (path).

Golf: The 18-hole Val d'Or golf course lies in a beautiful landscape near the resort town of Cala d'Or, 18 km from Colonia de Sant Jordi. The Son Antem West golf course, one of two 18-hole golf courses in the town of Llucmajor, is among the best on the island. Llucmajor lies approx. 20 km away from Sant Jordi.
