Nice room! Bad parking and elevators!

We did have huge problems with trying to find parking. Sometimes someone was in our designated parking space in which we only had one for a 3 bedroom condo. We ended up paying fifteen dollars to park our other vehicle in a back parking lot which charged $5/day. They had two elevators and we continuously had problems with them. The 2nd day of our stay one elevator was shut completely down for the duration of the stay. We thought it was bad until checkout time. When check out time came we ended up waiting on elevators for 30 minutes and most of our luggage was carried down the stairs which was 12 flights of stairs. We were on vacation and found ourselves working and sweating. We always walked back up the stairs because we would have never got out of there if we had waited. When you carry six loads to the vehicles and have to wait that long on the elevators it was a waste of a few hours of our life. We stated carrying everything down at 7:00 and finished at 9:45. All that was due to elevators and walking the stairs. We went to the pool at 9:15 and the security guard said it was closed even though the sign said that the pool closes at 10:00. The pools in the condos beside us stayed open till 11:00. The room was nice I will say. Judy the owner of the condo also seemed nice. Our vacation was not what we had hoped for because of the incidents and it caused family bickering because we were unhappy about the things mentioned earlier.

The owner and the room is outsanding....Parking is cumbersome.

I just want to share my review of the room, condo, and express my thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay in June 2017. The condo is beautiful and has outstanding views of the gulf. The bedrooms are plenty big and allowed ample sleeping for our party of 10. The microwave messed up during our first day there but was promptly replaced in less than 24 hours by the condo owner. This was outstanding and I can't thank you enough. The kids seemed to live on popcorn and microwave hotdogs :). The Gulf was beautiful and clear each day of our visit and we had all the beach time we wanted on a non-crowded section of beach. Our only issue (not a complaint) was the parking. We had 3 vehicles and the condo has very limited parking. We did have a dedicated parking spot for our room which we gave to the grandparents since it was the closest; however, it is located across the road and was cumbersome for them to get to their car. Our other 2 vehicles parked in nearby city parking at a cost of $5 per day. As I said, this has nothing against the condo owner as she was outstanding, courteous, and extremely responsive.

Super nice people to rent from

The property was nice, there were a few things that needed repair, but nothing major. I noticed a hole in one door, the oven racks didn't fit properly, the bottom oven drawer was off the hinges and various other minor things like that. We did have one toilet to stop flushing, but the owner came and took care of it and repaired it. Parking is a total nightmare however. We were assigned a space across the street next to the liquor store - about half the time someone else parked in it! There are signs all over the place saying if you park illegally, you will be towed. But I tried to get them towed and could not - the police wouldn't tow because it was private property, the tow company wouldn't tow it because I couldn't find a security officer to call it in. I finally got a phone number for someone in security and when I called him, he was incredibly rude and acted like I was out of my mind for expecting to be able to park in a spot that was assigned to my unit that I paid well over $2k for the week for. The owners were very nice and super pleasant to work with and did what they could - I don't think it's anything to do with them at all. I just think spring break week, they figure it's a bunch of kids and security didn't like being bothered after hours. Aside from the parking, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful View! Very spacious and comfortable.

Condo was absolutely perfect. The large balcony and spacious rooms made for a great stay. The manager was very easy to work with and was happy to answer any and all questions with a quick response time. Great location in the middle of most main attractions, easy walking distance to most places. Definitely a place I would rent again in the future.

Great views!! Beautiful condo.

We had a great time !! The condo was big enough for our whole family as well as the balcony. We were close to Pier park and eating places. The unit was clean and we had a must needed relaxing time!! Judy the property mgr was very nice and helpful and gave us a great deal!! We will be back next year!!
