Direct Ocean Front Condo, Great Snorkeling, Walk to An Abundance of Restaurants!

Welcome to George Town Villas Unit #218, located at the start of 7 mile beach on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman. George Town Villas consists of 54 oceanfront and ocean view condominiums in a lush garden setting overlooking the beach, coral reefs and multi-colored blue and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

This lovely 2nd floor direct oceanfront unit overlooks the ocean and has pool and garden views beyond; designer-furnished with a casual, island elegance.

It is located at the end of a U shaped building with direct oceanfront views from every room! The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath while the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined for a king, and also has a private bath. The guest bedroom offers a television equipped with apple tv and Netflix movies. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living area, allowing for up to 6 guests.

George Town Villas Unit #218 is a smartly decorated, 2nd floor, direct oceanfront unit with garden, pool and ocean views. You are a short stroll through the gardens to the huge freshwater pool which overlooks ocean. The beach is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reef and rocks washed ashore. There is natural Cayman rock at the water's edge however you have very easy access into the water for fabulous snorkeling and swimming in flat and calm waters. Enjoy a snorkel swim then relax on one of the several beach lounge chairs and watch the world go by, see the cruise ships dancing on the water, and catch the breathtaking sunsets. You can also enjoy their private tennis court.

Amazing Development and Location

We just loved the condo on the beach. Located at end of the building, this condo is closest to the ocean. The cruise ships lined up each morning just off the beach, and the sunsets were amazing. Unit is located within easy walking distance of a grocery store and multiple restaurants. In suite laundry was an added bonus. Had a great stay and would highly recommend.
