The house is located in a wonderfully elevated position in the village area close to the heart of historic Pollensa. The 3 storey house, renovated to the highest standard, now provides a large living area with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, utility room, 3 double bedrooms (1 set up as a twin), dressing room, family shower room, shower room, 2 terraces and a garden. The top terrace, leading off the dressing room, overlooks the roof tops and has views down to the sea. The lower terrace, with an awning, is set up for outdoor eating, and also has views over the town. The walled garden boasts a spa pool and abundant lemon tree. The utility room is situated on the lower ground level. The interior is furnished with style to provide relaxed and comfortable living and benefits from air conditioning/heating, WiFi and satellite TV including English channels. Because of its location close to all amenities, the house is ideal for taking advantage of everything that this beautiful area has to offer throughout the year.

Perfectly Located Townhouse

We stayed in this townhouse as a family of 4 (2 adults and two teenage boys) in October. We have visited Pollenca many times but never stayed in the town before. For us it was perfectly located, on such a lovely quiet street, yet within a couple of minutes walk to the main square and restaurants etc. The house itself is very well maintained and has everything you could need. The views from the top terrace are wonderful, particularly first thing in the morning to sit with your coffee! The added bonus is the hot tub, particularly good in October when it's just that bit cool for a swimming pool. Lovely to come back to after a day sightseeing, walking or cycling....or just good as a location for stargazing. We would definitely return.

Great!

The house is super, it has everything we needed, with good cooking facilities/utensils, for those evenings we decided to cook - but its good to have the option of a decent place to prepare meals if you don't want to eat out every night. All rooms were really well 'kitted' out, clean and in good condition.

It is close to the town square (within a 5 minute walk) so very centrally located, it is a Spanish 'old' townhouse from the outside and modern, tasteful & comfortable inside, so a great combination. It has air conditioning, which is important when its 25 degrees overnight! Great views from the terrace and spacious inside too.

Suzanne (the owner) was great, very helpful and super efficient in answering emails, the welcome pack was a lovely thought & the instructions/welcome 'manual' was really detailed and most helpful. If Suzanne is not there, there is help located 2 doors away....so no issues whatsoever.

If you want to be centrally located, in the heart of Pollensa Town, close to the hustle and bustle, I can highly recommend this property.

Fantastic property in perfect location!

The house was very clean, well maintained and everything we needed was there. The location close to the Calvari Steps in beautiful Pollensa is just perfect.

The owner provided excellent information both via mail and in the house itself, and the customer service was impeccable.

Wonderful house, perfect for a stay in Pollensa.

Our family of 4, plus one extra teenager, stayed here for two weeks in July. The house was a perfect base for enjoying the town of Pollensa and surrounding beaches. We loved the central location, and it was perfectly equipped for our stay. Excellent communications with the owner regarding our planning and booking. Would highly recommend and we fully intend to stay there again!

Wonderful base for a cycling holiday

Our third year staying here, and we will be back next year. A very comfortable house with plenty of space. We stay with our two adult children and four bicycles. It is very well located with great shops and restaurants near by. The views from the upstairs terrace are fantastic. Even in March, we have breakfast up there most mornings. If the sun is shining, it is a real sun trap. If it's not sunny, we just put extra jumpers on- the view is worth it! We never hire a car, finding that everything we need is to hand. The hot tub is just what is needed after a long day of cycling. Highly recommended.

Lovely Townhouse in perfect location

My husband and I have just returned from another wonderful holiday in Pollensa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely townhouse. The location is so close to all that Pollensa has to offer, a mere 2-3 minute walk and you are in the main square! The views towards Puerto Pollensa ad Alcudia from the two terraces are stunning. The outside areas provide both sun and shade all day long. Inside the property you will not be disappointed! Tasteful and exquisite interior decor. The soft furnishings were lovely and comfortable. There was a very handy ceiling fan in the main bedroom, which kept the room cool during the nights. Air conditioning was provided at the property but we found we did not need it, the interior stayed lovely and cool even when very hot outside. In the kitchen there was all that we needed, nothing had been overlooked. The internet service was quick and efficient (I mention this as I have had previous issues in other properties stayed in). There was even an exercise mat so I was able to do my daily Pilates session in comfort!

The owner is extremely helpful and gives a 5* service. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Our favorite restaurants in Pollensa are Trencadora and La Fonda, both are amazing!
