The non smoking professionally finished end unit condo is on the upper floor of its two story building in the quietest location with no golf cart paths. The unit includes 1792 square feet of living space, the largest in Spring Run. The one car garage allows direct interior entry.
The cathedral ceilings and east facing lanai bring in the morning sun but shade from the afternoon heat.
The floor plan is open with living room featuring tile floors, entertainment center, opening to formal dining area, kitchen with granite and tumbled marble finishes. Breakfast area opens to expansive lanai.
Master bedroom features top of the line king mattress for ultimate sleeping comfort, walk in closet, and private bath with double sinks and oversized shower.
Second bedroom includes twin beds, and additional guest bath. Laundry in unit includes front load washer.
Cozy den features entertainment unit, convertible couch becomes double bed. Den also includes small desk and wi-fi for the entire unit and well as cable TV.
The $318 golf membership transfer fee and $100 application fee transfers complete membership for the guest and spouse, including unlimited golf, not including cart fee, and access to the Spring Run full service Club. Condo guests have the availability of the aquatic driving range, putting green, and complete pro shop. If you do not desire the golf membership, a mandatory $159 social membership is required. The social membership allows full use of the clubhouse and facilities excluding golf.
Off season - May thru October play at over 40 participating reciprocal clubs.
The unit is a short drive to the finest shopping and dining in Southwest Florida. The brand new Coconut Point Town Center includes speciality stores, department stores, bookstores, movie theatre, plus restaurants in an open air pedestrian environment. Not much further are the Miromar Outlets.
Some of the most beautiful beaches in the world are just a short drive away including Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, and the seashells at Sanibel Island.
The Philharmonic Center for the Arts, just a short drive south, brings the ballet, art center and music to the area.
We love the morning sun streaming in thru the Lanai. We love watching the pelicans and shore birds feeding in the pond in the afternoon. We love walking to the club in the evening for dinner.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this wonderful unit. The high ceilings and multiple windows enhance the feeling of spaciousness and brightness. The lanai is large, tiled and occupies a corner position with two exterior walls facing outside to enhance the air circulation and outside visibility. We spent a majority of our time in this space because it felt so comfortable and relaxing. The unit is clean, very well equipped and can easily and comfortably accommodate overnight guests. All of the bureaus and closets (including the walk-in off the master bath) are spacious and available for use as the owners do not store their belongings in this unit. The development has over 4.5 miles of interior roadways that provide safe and enjoyable walking or jogging opportunities. Highly recommend!
