3 bedrooms, 1 recently updated bathroom. The house will comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom facing the lake has a queen bed. The bunk room has two full size bunks, also facing the lake. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There are essentially two living rooms, one with a beautiful stone fireplace, a couple chairs and dining table and one with a large sectional couch and several chairs. The house is located at the very end of Raymond Cape on a quiet cove with a large sandy beach and expanded dock. Great for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking or just relaxing on the dock. Great location for kids and families.
Windham and Naples are about 15 minutes away with good dining options, grocery stores, etc. and Bridgton is about 20 minutes away for more dining options and a great local movie theater with a pub as well as a drive-in movie theater. Windham also has the Seacoast Fun Park which has mini golf, tubing (even in summer), a ropes course, go karts and a pub and restaurant. About 45 minutes to 1 hour to Portland for all its great restaurants and the Portland Sea Dogs.
Frye Island and the Frye's Leap Cafe and General Store is a quick boat ride away and is the only on water dining option on the lake.
Point Sebago resort is about 10 minutes away and has a nice 18 hole golf course. There is also a 9 hole course on Frye Island accessible by a short ferry ride.

About the lake:
Sebago Lake is the deepest and second largest lake in the state of Maine. The lake is 316 feet deep at its deepest point, with a mean depth of 101 feet, covers about 45 square miles in surface area, has a length of 12 miles and a shoreline length of 105 miles. Sebago is also known for great fishing and is "home of the landlocked salmon" as well as lake trout known locally as togue.
