Best Location - 1 Block from the Beach

Location, location, location. One block from the beach, on the quiet bike route, walk to shops, restaurants. bike or bus - easily to anywhere in the city. Its an older building, built in the 1950's so if you are looking for new - this isnt it! The apartment is a one bedroom , clean, with hardwood floors. The separate bedroom has a queen sized bed. The kitchen equipped with enough for your short stay needs. small living room area and a nice airy office with a leafy outlook.High speed wifi, coin laundry in building. This is a very quiet , non smoking building. The suite has a nice outlook onto the York Avenue bike way.
We welcome guests who have previous positive reviews. fee includes mid stay house keeping on stays 2 months+ . Please note this is suite #3 - not #2 (cant edit address) . all bookings must end the last day of (any) month.

Excellent location. The building is old but the suite is spacious and well equipped with a little balcony that gets the sun for the first half of the day.

Basic but ideal for exploring Vancouver

Comparatively affordable place in a great neighbourhood with lots of shops/bakeries a short walk away and an easy bus ride to and from Downtown. The furnishings and decor were basic but flowers a nice touch. Offered us an affordable option compared to downtown hotels etc.

Perfect location!

This apartment is in a quiet building and perfectly located close to the beach, stores and restaurants. I enjoyed staying there and I highly recommend it!

Great city beach vacation

Everything was perfect from booking to check out. 5 minutes to the beach to 4th Avenue and various bus routes. The equipment of the apartment is also very suitable for a longer stay. We would love to come back
