This convenient 2BR/ 2BA condo at Woodbridge Inn is located on Frisco's Main Street and backs up to the bike path to to hiking trails. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and a full bed and an additional queen sleeper sofa is provided in the living area. The cozy living room is equipped with a gas fireplace. French doors from the living room lead out to a balcony at the base of Mt. Royal has gas grill. Club house has a common hot tub for recovery after those long days of playing in the mountains.

Summit County ski trip

Very nice 2bed/2bath condo. Great location for access to Keystone, Copper, Breckenridge and A-Basin. The garage was a bonus. The trails out back were very nice as well. The bedrooms

were a great size, and we would stay here again.

Recommended: Dog Friendly and good location

This is the only dog-friendly building for lessors in Frisco. Great location convenient to Frisco Main Street, Hyw 9 and US 70. Good floor plan for four people with two bedrooms, each with two beds and an ensuite bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Building is reasonably quiet. Unit would feel tight with more than four people in 950 sq. feet. Nice hardwood floors contribute to a clean look and feel. Gas fire place is nice. Otherwise, it’s very basic with minimal, older furnishings. Kitchen is old and very basic, in decent repair and workable although not spiffiy. Parking was plentiful outside, and there is one covered space. Need to carry your gear up one full flight from the ground, with “first floor” on second level. (Dog must be able to do steps.) Small washer/dryer is a plus. Owner is great to work with, and local management company was friendly and accommodating. We like it and have stayed there repeatedly.

Owner's Response: We are so pleased that you like our condo. We cannot fathom what you might write in a review if you didn't like it! Fact: "one full flight"--you must climb one full flight of stairs to get to the condo. The condo is not suitable for the elderly or disabled. It is the There are no condos below this first level and it sits above the garage. Fact:"older furnishings". Most of the furniture is old and is a durable rustic hardwood. Fact: Condo is "basic". I would agree and the pricing reflects this fact. Fact: "Local management friendly and accommodating" . They are nice people and they work hard. Alternative facts: "950 Sqft" and "minimal" furnishings. The condo is 1025 sqft per county records and condo board. Because it has so many beds in it, it can feel tight. Alternative fact: "kitchen is old". We installed a brand new travertine floor in the kitchen in 2017 and installed a new range and range hood in and new can lights and pendant lights all in 2017. No appliance is more than 7 years old. The cabinets and counter tops are old, but refinished. They will not last forever, and we expect to replace them in the coming years. We continue to make updates every year, such as the hardwood floors in 2013, new ceiling fans in 2015 and 2016, and the renovation to add the new Bosch washer/dryer in 2017. If you decide to stay at our condo, feel free to contact us personally through VRBO and let us know what you like and what you think needs improvement. We do appreciate it!

Really NICE and COZY

condo is a great location and had a very well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer had soap and softner provided 😀😀couldn't ask for a better home away from home. Provided extra tp, paper towel, dish washer soap, etc. Really hated to leave! Dog path behind condo and doggie bags provided outside. Book it while you can 💕 Love the fireplace!
