Top-floor, self-catering with FREE WiFi and an open-plan design - this apartment is truly light and airy with full-height windows enhancing the feeling of space. The view is amazing with uninterrupted views to the sea. The balcony has outdoor lounge furniture for alfresco dining/cocktail drinking.

The apartment sleeps 4 with 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and living/dining area. There is lift access to the apartment and air conditioning in both bedrooms ensuring comfort during your stay.

The apartment shares a communal roof terrace, gated swimming pool, and sun loungers. The pool is for use by Sunset Gardens guests only. The closest beach is only a 10 minute walk away and even in the peak holiday season it does not get crowded.

There are some fantastic bars and restaurants in the village and all within easy walking distance from the apartment.

All the folk we've met in Pervolia have been wonderful and friendly. After a few visits to Cyprus we realised that this village suited us really well as it had everything we were looking for. We wanted to offer a place for guests that we would love to stay in too.

Quite simply, you can have your cake and eat it in this property. You can enjoy the best views Sunset Gardens has to offer and at the same time benefit from complete privacy. Relax in a tranquil setting while being just a few minutes walk from village life. Partake in a little modern luxury within a traditional village setting. We think it's terrific!

Comfortable, clean,well appointed. .....everything worked and worked well, including Internet access. The beds were soft, shower powerful and washing machine did a better job than ours! The view was outstanding. We used to rush back for G&T on the balcony to watch the sun go down over the mountains.

Every morning we took a 5 minute stroll to swim in the sea.

This is a quiet location but everything you need is available in the village.

There is an easy access lift to the second floor. There will be a welcome grocery pack for each guest staying for at least a week. In the village there are plenty of places to eat, buy groceries, get the paper, cashpoint etc. Pervolia offers Kite surfing lessons - contact Panayiotis Kounides, a certified Kite Instructor +357 99588642 and also Pervolia has bicyle hire - a2bcyclehire +357 99178489 from €5 a day

Lovely apartment would recommend

Was really warm and welcoming. It is a lovely apartment just needs a little of updating though so speaking to Jayne’s housekeeper Gayle it is in the process of being up dated. Gayle was on hand to answer any queries with the apartment and the area. It is in a prime position, all the island is accesable though would recommend that you have a car. We loved it and will be booking again for next year. Thank you Jayne and GIl

The pool is also undergoing repairs and renewals now it is end of season. Looking forward to having you back next year :)

An enjoyable stay.

Spent three weeks at this apartment.Has an attractive outlook and not too far from sea front and cafe's one way and a small village with shops and restaurant's the other.Ten minutes from the airport fifteen to Mackenzie Beach and forty minutes from Nicosia.Internet went off one day, instant response from managing agent turned out to be the supplier's problem after a heavy overnight rainstorm, but restored later the same day.Didn't use the pool as November is the cooler period but saw the maintenance team on 3 or 4 occasions.

Comfortable and convenient

This apartment was clean and well-appointed. The owner had thought carefully about the needs of guests, so , for example , a make- up mirror had been left in a cupboard . She also made sure a welcome pack was left for guests on arrival. Beds were very comfortable and the shower powerful and hot. All essential cooking equipment was there and the fridge was clean.

The wifi was really useful and there was a strong signal.

A car is also very useful here. The village is walking distance and has a shop but it was lovely to be able to get into town easily,.

The best part of our day was sitting on the balcony with a gin and tonic watching the sun go down over the mountains knowing that tomorrow would be just as good.

It felt very much like home!!

peaceful Pervolia

We really enjoyed our week staying at Sunset Gardens. It's a short journey from Larnaca airport, (which is well organised & hassle free!) The apartment is light, clean, fully functional, - & having some basic provisions left for us was welcoming. Owner communicates clearly & the Pervolia contact helped with our questions & travel arrangements - including a trip out to the Hala Sultan Tekke mosque & salt lake - picturesque & interesting.

We loved it that there's a very quiet beach in easy walking distance, and that we mostly had the nice clean pool to ourselves!

The Arts Cafe was one of our favourite places to eat. We also cooked in the apartment a couple of times, as it's well resourced and a pleasant space.

I have already recommended it to a friend who was enquiring!

Wonderful apartment in lovely location

After looking at the website for this apartment I had high hopes and wasn't disapointed. It is beautifully decorated with good furniture and had everything we needed for our short stay within it, from spare blankets (we arrived in Feb) to a bottle opener. The owner also arranged for a cot and highchair to be provided so we didn't have to pack too much!

The setting is lovely. The apartment overlooks fields with the sea in the distance. It is on a road, but not a busy one and it didn't cause us any problems. The location of the apartment is good - it is close to Larnaca airport, we could start our holiday really quickly, but it doesn't seem to be on the flight path - we didn't hear any planes while we were there. As others have said you really need to rent a car to get round to the main tourist sites in Cyprus during the day, but it is an easy walk to local shops and resturants if you don't want to venture very far.

We had a lovely relaxed time here and can't wait to return (when the weather is a bit warmer)

Pervolia Villa

Great stay at a very clean, comfortable apartment. Slightly hard to find at first, and a car is a must, but within easy reach of everything! Keep the balcony door closed as you are almost on the road, and the cars are quite noisy, but would definitly stay again as the price could not be beat!

The cars can be noisy at times but it is still relatively quiet being a rural village area. Looking forward to you staying again :)

The village of Pervolia is roughly 14kms South West of Larnaca and easy to get to via bus or cab.

The residents of Pervolia are friendly, the location is beautiful, quiet and the food is authentic, making it a near perfect place for a holiday. It is famous for it's 4km long attractive, unspoilt beach with crystal clear water and wonderful historic churches. It is right on the coast and the beach is pebbled but gives way to sandy golden stretches of Faros beach only 35 minutes walk towards the Cape. There are two churches in the village of Pervolia, Agias Irini and Agios Leontis, each with their own festival.

Pervolia also has banks, tourist shops, supermarkets and a sports centre. Pervolia is an idyllic Cypriot village. You will not find any big hotels or complexes as it is a national conservation area. You will find friendly locals who are keen to talk to you.
