Located close to Santa Monica and Venice’s hippest boutiques, bars, and restaurants.
Newly renovated, two bedroom with a new, well-equipped gourmet kitchen and a Waterworks bathroom (with shower only). Both bedrooms have queen beds, hardwood floors, garden with a BBQ, fire pit and lounge chairs. Living room with Apple TV high-speed Wifi.
There is street Parking by permit, house comes with 1 permit ( can print more for extra guests).
The kitchen has a DCS 4 burner gas stove, Fisher Paykel appliances, Microwave, toaster and an automatic drip coffee maker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, espresso machine, washer/ dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen if you like cooking and want to take advantage of Santa Monica's famous Farmers Markets. There are lots of games if you are coming with kids or are one yourself. There is a Sonos music player, blow dryer, iron, and a tabletop ironing board .In addition, there are beach towels.

Cozy & Comfortable

Clean & cozy. Kind of a busy road but the wonderful garden is helpful in reducing noise & adding privacy. Nina was very helpful & responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy little home 6 min drive from beach

The beds were very comfortable, she had all the amenities we needed and a binder full of useful info, the house was clean [the outside was adorable], and she was very responsive. I'd highly recommend.

Sooo cute!

Mena's place is absolutely adorable, and she was as sweet as could be. I was here for a week on business and this was the perfect, PERFECT place to come home to at the end of the day. I got addicted to walking to the beach at night to watch the sun set. Wish I could just live here :)

Beautiful, comfortable, and a convenient location

The house was beautifully decorated and comfy. We immediately felt at home. It's a short walk to the beach, and there's a city-run bike rack right across the street we used to rent bikes to head down to the boardwalk and pier. The neighborhood is quiet and the light at sunset was amazing! Our host was gracious and responsive and left us a charming little welcome basket. She recommended some fantastic restaurants, pointed us to the local farmer's market, and told us about this fantastic food truck event happening on Tuesday nights. We had a blast. Would definitely come back again.
