It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a fully decorated 100 square meter terrace with a hot tub, dining area, and exterior kitchen sink & fridge. The building boasts its own roof top pool & tennis courts for the exclusive use of owners and guests. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi & Parking included. Fully airconditioned.
Only a 1 minute walk from the beach and Estepona old town, you really do not need a car for this property.
From the beautifully decorated large living room and dining room you have 180º views over the Med and a private terrace with a lounge seating area. On the ground floor, we have 2 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king size bed , and a lovely relax area with a sofa which opens up as a bed, and en-suite walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin with a second bathroom. The brand new kitchen has all high end appliances, dishwasher, washer dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The third bedroom has a queen size double bed and its own beautifully tiled Moroccan bathroom. It is located on the top floor with direct access to the roof terrace.
There is a large 60" curved smart HD TV with TV and movie channels as well as Apple TV for Netflix users.
From the stunning roof terrace which has the most amazing 360º views, you can dine al fresco, enjoy the outdoors & relax in the hot tub. it has been beautifully designed with terracotta tiles and a lounge area for 10 people. It is a very private and unique space where you can entertain and relax with the whole family.
The building has its own roof top pool & tennis court for the exclusive use of owners and guests. The pools is this area of Spain are not heated in winter.
Fully air conditioned, it is available for short term rentals and longer lets during the winter months. We can also accommodate large families or groups. Its proximity to the beach and leisure, makes it ideal for families, golfers and nature lovers.

Our guests will receive a welcome basket with breakfast, water, coffee and snacks on arrival. Soaps and toilet paper are provided and some basic cleaning products.
Sheets, towels, and beach towels are included
Weekly housekeeping is included (in stays over 11 nights).

The Hot Tub is not included in the price, if you wish to book the hot tub do let us know at the time of booking so we can add it to the bill. The cost would be 50 Euros per week.
During the winter months, we do special offers depending on the nº of guests, and longer lets (at reduced prices) so the weekly cleaning is not included but it is available at 12 euros per hour. And electricity is charge on a cost basis, so we will let you know how much it is.
The parking space entrance under the building is narrow so please book a smaller car.
While the apartment is all on one level , the duplex has a spiral staircase to reach the roof and 3rd bedroom.
I will meet you at the property on arrival . Therefore when you make a booking, and have your flights, please let me know the flight numbers, arrival & departure times and how you will be traveling to Estepona so I can meet you with the keys (as late nights are not be possible for me).
IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING BY TAXI:
If you need an airport pick up & drop off, let us know and we will direct you to a very good online booking service, they have great prices & service and know all our property locations. You can pre-book by credit card, and you will be met at the arrival halls and collected again at the property on your day of departure. They also do day trips and short trips around the area. They have a fleet of cars & minibuses (up to 22 people).
We wish your stay to be as comfortable as possible so if there is anything you need during your stay please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. If there is anything you need in the house please let me know as well as any breakages. If anything should break please let me know straight away so we can put it right during your stay.
If you have not already done so, I will need your flight arrival and departure times, and how you will be traveling from the airport so I can meet you at the house (as I live out of town and late nights may not be possible for me).
Upon arrival I will need a copy of your passports and we can sign the contract.

Check out time is 11am. Please let me know your departure time so I can meet you to collect the keys. We ask you to leave house tidy upon departure and to please remove all rubbish and place all used towels (& linens if possible) together in the second bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 6 hour exit clean included in the price, if we have to exceed this amount of time, I will let you know and any extra hours needed to clean will be deducted from the security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
If there is anything you need in the house please let me know, as well as any breakages or losses. If anything should break or be lost please let me know straight away so we can put it right during your stay.
This house is strictly non-smoking but you may smoke on the terrace.
