Bait and Switch?
When I made the reservation, the property was listed as a 2 bed/2 bath unit. When I arrived at the resort, the reservation was for a 1 bed/1 bath unit.
Before making the reservation, I asked the property manager at VacayHome Connect a couple of questions about the unit. All of the email correspondence listed it as a 2 bed/2 bath unit. When I received a confirmation after payment, there is nothing indicating the number of bedrooms and baths.
I talked to the manager at the resort who told me he had no control over the reservation as it was just faxed into them. I spoke to VRBO and they told me the room descriptions are controlled by the property manager (VacaHome Connect). I spoke with a customer service agent at VacayHome Connect. He apologized but said there was nothing he could do because there was not a supervisor present to handle the situation. He suggested I stay in the 1 bedroom for the night and told me I would be able to contact customer service at 9:00 the next morning. I was on the phone for 2 hours trying to get this situation resolved.
When I called the next morning at 9:00, the reservation attendant told me no one would be in the office until 11:00. I could not wait until 11:00. I was there for my son's baseball tournament and I had to get this situation resolved since we would be at the baseball fields all day. I went to the front desk and paid to get into a 2-bedroom unit. I tried contacting Vacay Connect several times with screenshots of my email correspondence to get the situation resolved before I posted a negative review. It has been almost a week and still no response. I would not recommend booking this unit or any unit at this resort with VacayHome Connect as the property manager.
Very clean, well-appointed property.
We enjoyed our stay at Mystic Dunes. We had everything we needed in the unit, and it was very clean. The pool area and outdoor areas were also very clean and well landscaped and cared for. We did not like being pestered to listen to the time share information. It has been nearly 3 weeks and we haven't received the credit for our $100 deposit yet!

Great location, about 10 min to Disney.
Place was super clean with all needed amenities and features. Loved it.
Only complain is the urge of staff wanting you to book with them for next vacations at other locations

We rented this property for our parents stay while in Florida. This property was close to shopping centers and accessible to highways to reach all parks of your choice. Appliances were very up to date with relaxing quarters. Highly recommend this property for two or families staying in the area longer than two days.

It was a very nice suite with a beautiful pool
Beautiful pool and surrounding. The 2 bedroom suite was nice and spacious. It's a shame the golf course was closed and wasn't told till I arrived. But the place and people were very pleasant.
