The Grand Marina Villas are a state of the art private residential gated community with 24 hour security, that are part of the most complete residential development in Riviera Nayarit. At walking distance you find many amenities: the Paradise Plaza Shopping Center, which is the most complete plaza in Riviera Nayarit; Hospital San Javier, which is a modern medical specialty center, in case you need to take care of your health; Church; Casino; Yacht Club; Palenque Spa; banks; and ocean front restaurants.

Considering we own an exclusive social membership for El Tigre Golf and Country Club, as our guests, you would be entitled to acquiring a temporary membership (highly recommended) at a very convenient price, which would enable you to have access to many special amenities: El Tigre Golf Course (the spectacular 18 hole golf course is considered the most challenging golf course in Mexico and so enables you to use many clubs), the Pro-Shop Golf Store, the Club House Restaurant (featuring the famed Sunday Brunch Buffet voted Vallarta's Best Brunch), the Hacienda del Paraíso Spa. the Paradise Village Private Beach Club, and the El Tigre Sport and Racquet Club (with a fully equipped gym, a lap pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, squash courts, spinning room, a multipurpose room for different classes such as yoga, pilates, zumba, an indoor and outdoor kiddie area, air-conditioned changing rooms, steam bath and sauna, jacuzzi, showers and lockers).

Right in front of the development’s gate you will find a bicycle lane that is nearly two miles long and follows all of Avenida Paseo de los Cocoteros, running parallel to the beach. Grand Marina guests enjoy runnning, skating and bike riding along the trail, taking pleasure in the diverse flora and fauna of the area, especially the birdlife. If two miles isn’t quite long enough for your exercising needs, the bike path connects with the Maestro Flamingos Condominium walkway, which extends another nearly two- and-a-quarter miles until it connects with the highway. This segment also offers a chance to get on the road to Bucerías via a path that begins where the hotels end in Flamingos. There are benches along the way for a rest. We have left two bikes, together with a bicycle lock chain, for you to use at your convenience, to be able to enjoy this attraction.

As you can already see, the property has an unparalleled location, providing for so many amenities that leaving the area is not necessary to fully enjoy yourself. In addition, you will enjoy of a very clean and well maintained residence.

The complex faces the Paradise Village Marina, which is the only marina with environmental certification in Mexico.

As to the unit, you will enjoy one of the most spacious apartments in Grand Marina. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a wonderful jacuzzi and a big bathroom with a double sink and a tub. The second room also has a king size bed and a big bathroom with a double sink. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom that also opens to the living room area for guests to use (a washer and dryer are tucked away in this bathroom). The dining and living room area is very spacious. The dining table sits eight. All three bedrooms and living room have a TV. The unit has a very big terrace with a wooden dining set that also sits eight, as well as a wooden sofa set. It also has two single chaises and two hammock chairs. This lovely outdoor area provides for sun bathing or just enjoying the breeze in the shade. The ample kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and a bar counter with four stools. Even tough you can drink the water directly from the tap as Grand Marina Villas enjoys a state of the art water purification system, for your peace of mind the kitchen has a water filter at the sink.

Two pools, jacuzzi, chaise lounges and outdoor living furniture are set within Grand Marina Villas’ lush and beautiful gardens, which are meticulously maintained by a full-time grounds keeping staff. Guests may grill out on the Weber grill in the barbecue palapa (needs to be reserved in advance), and stroll along the marina waterway admiring the luxury yachts.

Regarding transportation, and even though you can have a very complete vacation by enjoying the many amenities that are available at walking distance or a bike ride, our guests are entitled to the Paradise Village free shuttle that can take you to the El Tigre Sport and Racquet Club and the El Tigre Golf and Country Club. If you would want to visit Puerto Vallarta or any of the other beautiful surrounding towns that are a bit further out, our door men are always helpful to call you a taxi that will arrive in minutes.

The Grand Marina Villas are approximately twenty minutes North of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Have your taxi driver take you from the airport to the Paradise Village Residential Development, next to Paradise Plaza Shopping Center and right across the Hard Rock Hotel you will find the Grand Marina Villas.

Excellent location in Nuevo Vallarta

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay at the Grand Marinas Villas in Nuevo Vallarta. The location was very convenient as we could walk to all of the amenities (beach, basketball, tennis, groceries, restaurants) in a very short time. The security staff was very friendly and helped arrange all of our transportation needs. The villa was very spacious for the 6 of us and we spent a lot of the evenings on the large patio. The villa owners left us very clear instructions on how everything worked, and even left us some sundries (including coffee!) to help us get started. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends travelling to the area.

Great week at Grand Marina, Nuevo Vallarta

Every thing was A+ in Nuevo, the weather, the condo , the amenities and the restaurants. The condo at Grand Marina is very well situated, 3 minutes from beach (private beach club), small mall next door with many restaurants for take-out (great for lunch on the condo terrace or by the beautiful pool). The condo's terrace is large and inviting, there is plenty of space for 6 adults (especially the master bedroom). The staff at the gate and the office were courteous, don't forget to ask for beach towel card

The temporary El Tigre membership available (at $15/person) is well worth it with access to the beach, pool, bar and restaurant, and the clubhouse for the gym, tennis, pickle ball and more. I would rent this condo again and Carmen, the owner was quick to answer my emails and very helpful with every thing we needed. I'd say 4 and a half stars

Beautiful Condo that has it all...

You will have a hard time finding a better condo for the price anywhere in the Puerto Vallarta/Nuevo/Bucerias area. Everything about the condo and Grand Marina Villas is 1st class, from booking with the owner, to dealing with the property manager, to requesting the services of security, they all go out of their way to make your stay wonderful.

The condo is very well equipped to handle any event plus the large deck space is outstanding. You also have access to the Paradise Village Beach club and the El Tigre Golf Club/Sport Plex, plus you have access to 2 bicycles while you are there. We plan on returning here soon.

The February rental period is defined as check-in at or after 4:00 pm on February 1st, 2018 and checkout at or before 11:00 am February 28, 2018. Any partial months will be billed at the monthly rate.
*A $150.00 dollar END OF THE STAY CLEANING FEE is required, and guests will take care of their own cleaning during their stay.
The damage deposit is refundable a week after the guest leaves, if no damage is done.
