New and cosy apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Malaga, very well connected in a traditional street, minutes from all tourist nearby attractions: Alcazaba, Roman Theatre, Santuario de la Victoria, Cathedral, Picasso Museum ... all services at hand: supermarkets, buses, cafes, restaurants, just 10 -12 minutes from the beach Malagueta.

2 bedroom with 1 bathroom (accessible for both bedrooms) bright living room with kitchen. Equipped with all amenities. Central air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

NOTE: A small Communal (shared) terrace available in the roof (last floor) with wood chairs , table and barbecue.

I am 41 years old, I was born in Bilbao (northern Spain), I have lived in many countries but I chose to live in Malaga because I fell in love with this beautiful city, the people, climate, food ... Everything is great here and I am very happy when people enjoy the city as much as I do.

It´s a cosy and funny apartment restored in a building from S. XIX, good situated in the city center, bright and very quiet.

What makes this apartment unique

Few minutes from all tourist Atractions and surrounded by restaurants to try traditional meals and tapas and you can go walking to the beach too (12 minutes). It´s great!!!

Our first time in Spain and we called Malaga home. Did an overnight then decided to do day trips for the rest of our stay - trains and busses were excellent from this location! Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, beds comfortable and rooftop was very functional and gave a pretty good view of the city. Location was perfect: grocery store across the street, lots of coffee shops, bakeries and restaurants. Very quiet building but was so close to all the action. They came through with everything as promised.

Red shoes apartment Malaga

Property is well located with numerous Restaurants, Bars and shops within 10 minutes walk. Plaza Merced only a couple of minutes away had a variety of Tapas Bars and Restaurants. Port area and beaches could be reached in 10 minutes.

The owner was flexible over times for arrival. The apartment had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Access to the roof area was useful if you smoke and would be a pleasant place to sit out with a bottle of wine if the weather had been a little warmer. Only problem we had was the couch, it's low and the cushions are hard so it's not possible for an older person like me to sit comfortably.

I would definitely recommend this apartment, Malaga and Sara G for future stays. No oven which came as a surprise but we adjusted....this information was probably in the description but I overlooked it.

The property was just right in a great location for exploring the city of Malaga

We had a lovely time in Malaga. The flat itself was comfortable, clean and had great air conditioning for the hot evenings. We had drinks on the roof terrace and enjoyed watching the sunset. We have been exploring the Alcazaba, El CASTILLO de Gibralfaro, the Paseo del Parque, the Light house marina, the Malagueta Beach, everything was in walking distance. Great location!

The property is very well equipped and situated . .it is in a good location for the museum's and the cathedral . The beach is a 10 minute walk which was no trouble and the apartment is surrounded by restaurants and bars . The apartment block is very quiet at night and easily accessible . .we would highly recommend it to anyone.
