About Alisa Gallgher-Pugh

This is us with Grandma enjoying the beach in Antibes. Although we grew up in London we visited France frequently as a family. I share the house with my sister Stephanie.

Alisa Gallgher-Pugh purchased this house in 1998

Why Alisa Gallgher-Pugh chose Cannes - Grasse - Antibes

This house belonged to our father who loved France and everything French. He particularly loved the old town and this house has charm and character of a typical French town house in the 'vieille ville'.

What makes this house unique

Everyone says the climb to the top is worth it. Relax and have a glass of wine on the roof terrace and enjoy the views. We love watching the super yachts during the summer and the sun sets can be pretty amazing too.

1218829 - Lovely townhouse in old Antibes

Great house, lovely roof terrace to have breakfast and drinks on in the morning and evening sun. We enjoyed lots of sunny days on the town beach and swam daily. We also did the fabulous coast path walk around the Cap d'Antibes and ended up at Villa Eilen Roc which is very rarely open but luckily it was. A real treat to see inside, it's free and also has lovely grounds and stunning views. Check online for opening times as they're rare. The house is extremely comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen.

The perfect townhouse and location for our family!

  • 5 of 5

We've just spent Easter here, and the location was perfect for our family of four. The weather was divine and we had a blissful time!

Thank you for the lovely welcome and the helpful information that you provide - all our questions were answered in 'the black folder', which makes for an easy holiday!

Easy walking to the morning market, the harbour, the square and most importantly, our favourite boulangerie! We loved being amidst Old Antibes, and wandering the back streets. Not to mention being a stones throw from Musee Picasso...

The townhouse is equipped with all you need, and we were super-comfy. We reluctantly had to leave... well before we were ready to, and now wonder how quickly we can return!

A great place to stay - quirky, characterful and really charming. We loved being so close to everything and walked everywhere. We ate great meals at home and right on our door step - there's so much choice! We really enjoyed the feel of the house and it's relaxed-ness - owner was really helplful and great communication all round. Will definitely be booking in again. Thanks so much!

Fabulous house - fantastic location

  • 5 of 5

Right in the heart of the old, walled city of Antibes, the house is ideally located for exploring the city and trying out the restaurants and bars. The facilities in the house are excellent, with two bathrooms and a large lounge area. We also took a number of walks from the house right round the Cap d'Antibes to Juin les Pins and on to Antibes. We had a brilliant stay.

Perfect house, perfect location.....

  • 5 of 5

Ahhh Antibes... So good to be back. The sun was shining and the house is located perfectly for all kind of outings. The lovely Picasso museum and the market are barely a 5 minute walk

I love walking around the Cap d'Antibes when the sun was setting it was amazing ...and so quiet. The market was as colourful and friendly as ever. We had some fresh oysters delivered to our table in a little restaurant next to the market on Sundayaccompanied by some crisp local rose...delicious! It was very funny when staff and quests started dancing....

Monaco is worth a trip and very easy to get to by train which stops right next to the harbour. We had some fab lunch on the rock near the palace in one of those narrow streets.

We also did some "home cooking" in the very well equipped kitchen and will all the fresh local vegs all tasted much better then at home. Breakfast and late night dancing on the lovely roof terrace .... Beds very comfi and new towels very nice.

Bus or taxi to the airport very easy..

Antibes is nice in every season, I could very easily live in Antibes....

I will definitely be back!

Splendid town- house in the old city

  • 5 of 5

It is a wonderful location of the flat-in the centre of old city, only some minutes wolk to the provencial market, supermarkts " Carfour", " Intermarshe" , cafes and restaurants. I' d recommend the boulangerie on the corner, restaurant " De la coin" and " Garden", and, of course, the provencial market. The beach is also 5 minutes wolk, so as the railway- and busstation.

The flat is big enough, four people can stay easily. It is very clean, there

is everything

nesessary in the kitchen and in the sleeping rooms, wi fi is very good.

Specially I like the terrase on the roof with the sea- view, a reraty fot the old city.

I would recommend the property to everybody.
