Welcome to the Inn at Seacrest Beach Unit 407! One bedroom studio condo with KING bed and fresh linens head-to-toe for each guest! Kitchenette that includes a full size refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffeemaker (complimentary coffee), microwave, blender, toaster, toaster oven, electric skillet, griddle, crock pot and a Magic Bullet juicer. All the comforts of home including a 32' TV with Blu-Ray player and wi-fi. Steps from the elevator to the front door. Keypad lock with personalized code! Sleeps 2.

About Bud Tremain

My wife and I were married in Seaside (about 10 miles west on 30-A) and have always loved the tranquility of the area and the white beaches and clear water of the gulf. We recently relocated to the Emerald Coast from outside of Columbus, Ohio. My wife owns "While You're Away", a home management, staging and concierge service and I work at Shark's Tooth Golf Club. We have owned vacation property in the Outer Banks, Myrtle Beach and currently have a timeshare in Hilton Head as well.

The Inn at Seacrest Beach is sandwiched between million dollar communities (Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach) which offer fine dining, shopping and leisure activities. The area is pristine and has none of the high rise hotels and neon lights like other major tourist resort areas.

What makes this condo unique

Share your favorite beverage in the morning or watch the beautiful sunsets in the evenings from the private balcony. Take a dip in the large complex swimming pool or relax those tired muscles in the hot tub. Walk down to Rosemary Beach and have lunch @ the Summer Kitchen Cafe or dinner @ the Cowgirl Kitchen or LaCrema. Quench your thirst with a margarita @ La Cocina Mexican Restaurant in the Village of South Walton (2 block walk). For a dessert to remember, try LaCrema in Rosemary Beach for wonderful chocolate dishes as well as tapas. If sports are on your mind, hit Shade's at the corner of 30-A and 98. If you wish to venture a little further, the Red Bar in Grayton Beach (about 20 minutes west on 30-A) and Hurricane's are local favorites! Salty Sue's and The Craft Bar are casual spots towards Panama City Beach on Highway 98.

For the special lunch or dinner, walk west one block to George's. We have never been disappointed.

A wonderful week

The Tremaines' condo is completely lovely, beautifully spotless and so nicely stocked! From beach chairs and umbrella to scissors and laundry pods, everything you need is there! The location is not right on the beach, but it's an easy and pleasant walk to get there. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony view a pleasure. We enjoyed exploring the town of Rosemary Beach on foot as well traveling to George's in Alys beach. Thank you Bud and Jodell for making us feel like welcome, pampered guests! We will certainly plan a return visit.

Can't beat that view!!!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a romantic getaway, and it was just perfect for the two of us. The balcony with the view of the Gulf was perfect for morning coffee and a sunset glass of wine. Thanks, Bud, by the way for the surprise bottle of wine! What a treat! GREAT VIEW!!!!

Our stay at 'Two If By Sea' was just perfect. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed was comfy and the room was VERY clean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony taking in the evening breezes and the beautiful view!! For the price, you JUST CAN'T BEAT IT!

Great Value - Great location - Immaculate

We arrived on Saturday morning and actually thought the place was empty. There were no cars in the parking lot. We followed our printed directions and preceded to our room. Once inside we were very pleased with the cleanliness and quaint beach decor. Opening the curtains we were very happy with the great view. 30A is the place for us. We have stayed in the Destin area for many years and were tired of the bumper to bumper traffic and the long lines at every restaurant. Late August is a wonderful time to visit. I shouldn't say this... but all the kids were back in school.

I would recommend this rental to any couple that wants a quiet vacation with plenty of great restaurants. Bicycle riding is cheap and very safe. The speed limits in this area are 25 MPH and the pedestrians have the right away. If you were staying in Destin you would take your life in your hands crossing the street...

There are two small things that need to be looked at. The drinking fountains at the pool did not work and you need a key to enter and exit the pool. My wife was with a couple we met at the pool. I decided to go back to the room and take a nap. My wife went into the restrooms at the pool and the couple we met left her all alone. She did not have the pool key since I took it with me not thinking that you would need it to exit. My wife is sixty two years old and had to get a chair and climb over the pool fence. The place is empty this time of year and there was really no one to help her. I can assure you, we will never make that mistake again.

I rate our experience at five star. We will come back next year and will not forget the pool keys...
