This beautiful recently renovated apartment is situated on the third and fourth floors of a 19th century building in central Cannes and is serviced by a modern elevator. Located on the famous rue d’Antibes, designer boutiques, bars and restaurants are all on the doorstep. The Palais des Festivals is a ten minute walk along the Croisette . The train and bus stations are just a few minutes stroll away.
The entrance hall opens into a bright and airy open plan lounge/dining room with a corner American-style kitchen. There is a large double bedroom with en-suite and a separate WC/cloakroom. The upper level contains two triple bedrooms and a large bathroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with baths and overhead showers. The kitchen is newly renovated is tastefully equipped with family size fridge, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. The apartment is also fully air conditioned and boasts a plasma TV with satellite viewing, PS3 game station with blue-ray and DVD player, printer/photocopier and high speed WiFi broadband connection.
Nous étions 8 personnes (4 adultes et 4 adolescents) à y avoir séjourné. L'appartement est très grand et confortable. il est situé en plein coeur de Cannes, sur la très belle rue d'Antibes, pas très loin de la plage. Nous avons aussi bien aimé que les chambres soient climatisées car il faisait très chaud lors de notre séjour. Bref, un très bel endroit!
The flat is located at a prime location in Cannes, its a 5 min walk from both public and private beaches. Banks, restaurants, bars, car rental shops and many other amenities are walking distance. Beach towels and extra linen were provided. The flat is in excellent condition, it is very clean, comfortable and secure. we stayed there during the first week of July and we would definitely come back!
We were a group of 8 yet comfortably fitted into the spacious apartment. The place is superbly clean and equipped with all facilities you could possibly require, including tv, cable, play station, a sound system, as well as plenty of towels and spare bed sheets etc. Location is perfect, on the main shopping high street of Cannes, and just a couple of minutes walk to the corniche. Not to mention, Karon is a lovely person and she will happily be understanding of your needs. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay there again.
Situated on the famous rue d'Antibes surrounded by all local amenities, cafes, restaurants and beautiful designer shops. Within five minute walk of the train station, easy access to car hire which is just across the road and 200 metres from the Carlton Hotel, the Croisette and its sandy beaches.

All electricity, linen and towels are included in the price. All clients are required to pay a security deposit of 500 Euro payable with the final rental payment 8 weeks before the first day of occupancy. The deposit is returnable after the final cleaning and any damages have been deducted. A charge of 200 Euro will be made for loss of keys.
