The apartment is fully furnished and comprises double bedroom, large lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, bathroom & WC. This is in a prime location for direct access into London via underground, British rail and buses.
I have to say I never expect too much, having booked a number of hotels and rooms over the last few years, but this exceeded expectations - 15 minutes from Kew Gardens underground and 25 from Kew Bridge station, and very near the Thames path, and next to a very good retail park including Boots, Next and M&S, the flat was roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. We couldn't have asked more from the owner, who was very, very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.gh
The apartment was perfect for our stay in Kew, it was quiet, clean, spacious and convenient for access to London. Melissa was a delight and made our stay enjoyable. There was a problem with the kitchen light, but Melissa pointed this out straight away and we were not inconvenienced in anyway. Great access to the Thames towpath, transportation and an M&S food shop just around the corner, what more could we want !

This one bedroom flat is comfortable and tidy with an excellent location in a modern planned community in charming Kew, a 10 minute walk to the underground which whisks you to Trafalgar Square in 30 minutes. Marks&Spencer food court "around the corner." Melissa could not be more helpful; her greeting was on-time and covered all the bases. My wife and I (late 60s) recommend this flat w/o any reservation whatsoever.
We had a great stay in this apartment. Melissa was there to greet us and was very helpful: the place had everything you might want, and is well situated for exploring Kew, Richmond, and London. Recommended.
We enjoyed our stay since the apartment was an easy walk to the river where we enjoyed pleasant walks, right next to the National Archives and not too far from the station for getting into London. Excellent location for a visitor without a car. The apartment was clean, spacious with a well fitted kitchen. The supermarket was close for buying provisions. Melissa was friendly and helpful. We will retain the address for future visits to the UK and would happily recommend the property to friends.
Location right next to the Thames with shopping close by. Easy walking to buses, tube, and Kew Gardens. Development in which flat is located is a bit noisy, there were several evenings where groups of young men would gather in the street, laughing and talking loudly while kicking a football. Resident in flat just above walks very heavily and never seems to sit down, but roams back and forth for hours. The flat itself is nice, and was clean and neat upon arrival. Washing machine has some problems, some wash cycles and dryer cycles don't work. Shower attachment in bath is loose and has to be propped against back wall in order to use it. So facilities could use a few repairs, but overall the flat is comfortable. Pleasant owner who was there to greet us.
We spent most of our time exploring the area, the Thames Path is close by, allowing visitors to walk along the river. The Kew Gardens tube station is within a ten minute walk allowing easy access to central London. Kew Gardens goes without saying, a wonderful place to see, we spent two days there and didn't see it all. We also explored Richmond Park, which is about a 20 minute walk down the Thames Path.
Bottom line, noisy fellow tenants, facilities in flat need some repair but are usable, location couldn't be better, easy access to shopping and transportation. Would recommend to family and friends.
Spacious first floor holiday apartment in popular residential development, with on site porter and wonderful communal gardens leading down to the river Thames. The development is adjacent to Kew Gardens (the famous Royal Botanic Gardens) and is within just five minutes walk of transport links. There are shops and supermarkets conveniently located, also within 5 minutes walk of the development.
It is located just a 10 minute drive from Richmond town centre (or less than an hour's riverside walk), and 20 minutes from Kingston Upon Thames. Both offer a wide selection of shops, in addition to riverside bars and restaurants.
