Great location!

This place is nice in that each of the four rooms has its own full bathroom. We stayed six nights and had no trouble with hot water. The bedrooms flank a central hallway when you walk into the apartment, and our son said "it feels like a college dorm". The kitchen and sitting room are upstairs in an attic space that slopes down. If you don't stoop down when you standing up from the sofa, you hit your head on the beam. It's funky. The dishwasher didn't work, and the management company was unresponsive, which was a bit of a bummer for me, the family dishwasher, since my husband loves to cook and we used the kitchen a lot. It was all part of the adventure of being in Italy, though; truly, a very minor inconvenience. The pictures do dress this place up more than it actually is - it's nothing fancy, but in a fantastic, quite location with amazing restaurants steps away.

Hidden Gem with flaws

First off, Let me start this by saying that this property is in the perfect location. 2 min walk to the Ponte Vecheccio bridge and shopping. I will say that this was a great place to stay with a group of 4, the pictures online made the property appear larger than it actually was. There were a few things that we Cons for us 1. What the property doesn't tell you is that you have to walk up 43 stairs to enter. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. If you are women traveling with large suitcases be prepared for a workout. 2. Cold Shower anyone, out the 6 days and 7 nights that we stayed here I got a warm shower 3 out of the 7. We tried to have two of us shower at night and two in the morning, No Luck. I am not sure what the deal was but don't look forward to hot showers. 3. The apartment was not clean, there was dust under the bed and the floors, the curtains had stains on them and there was mold in several areas. 4. The apartment was not stocked with extra towels or toilet paper, we found a store nearby where we could purchase toilet paper, trash bags and shower gloves. I called the apartment check in number to request additional towels and the man that answered said "you need them now" I said no we can wait until morning, he then told me that he would pass the message along BUT that I need to send an email.. Needless to say we got no towels. On the positive side out flight was leaving late and the apartments office indicated that we could leave our bags there until it was time for us to head to the airport. We left our bags and they called us a taxi when it was time to head to the airport

Check in time is after 15:00. Where possible we will accommodate an earlier arrival. There is a tourist tax due 3 euros per person per night is applied for a maximum of 7 nights stay. Our standard check in times are: Mon-Fri: 3 pm to 7 pm Sat-Sun: 3 pm to 5 pm Based on availability arrangements outside of these times can be accommodated for a late/early check in fee of: 7am-9am: 20 euro additional 7pm(5pm - in holidays and weekends)-9pm: 20 euro additional 9pm-midnight: 40 euro additional After midnight: 60 euro additional (ask for availability) Check out time is 10:30. Based on availability we can try to accommodate late check outs. Please ask at the time of making your reservation. An additional fee may occur. 1.Late check-out until 13.00 - The tariff to pay is 50% of their daily rate. This entitles you to stay in the apartment until 13:00 of that day. 2 Late check-out after 13.00 - If the client would like to stay after 13:00 of that day the client will have to pay the full daily rate, this entitles you to stay in the apartment anytime up to 10:30 am the following day! When you rent for a short term (7 or less nights) the daily price will include your usage of the utilities (gas, water and electricity). Whereas when you rent for 8 or more nights we will charge you such bills separately, at check out. Leave the apartment as you found it is probably the best guide.
