As residents of the Milwaukee area in Southern Wisconsin USA, we love our escape to Puerto Vallarta where we can relax and enjoy the weather. Wisconsin is famous for its brutal winters and while we're happy to escape them, we also enjoy summers on the magnificent Pacific coast at our Casa de los Suenos (House of Dreams) in Mexico.

Our busy lives at home include my job as vice president of a commercial construction company that does over $300 million in business per year and my wife's position as executive vice president of a healthcare system.

Married since 1978, we have four grown children and three grandchildren with whom we love to share vacation time relaxing on the beach, barbecuing on our private balcony or enjoying the sights and sounds as we walk along the Malecon. Kids and adults alike -- we all enjoy our time in Puerto Vallarta. We look forward to sharing our House of Dreams with you!

Why (Owner/Property Manager) chose Puerto Vallarta

We've been coming to Puerto Vallarta for over twenty years... and have always loved this town because you can do nothing at all or participate in nonstop action from daylight throughout the night! We've spent most of our time in PV with friends who built a place of their own. While visiting in January of 2008, our friends mentioned that a condo was being built in the best location in Puerto Vallarta. Once we saw the location and reviewed the plans, we fell in love with the project and wanted to have our second home here because of what Puerto Vallarta and the whole area has to offer. We also know that someday this will be a wonderful gift to our children.

What makes this condo unique

Our choice to buy the condo at Molina De Agua was not made lightly. As over a thirty-year veteran of the commercial construction industry, I had some very high standards for the way things are built. I'm happy to say that this property is of very high quality, with sound-proofing between condos, seismic design considerations, marble floors, marble tiled showers, concrete drives, tiled pool, high ceilings and an efficient air conditioning system that has five zones with four compressors and two fans.

We also wanted our condo to have the optimum view -- being above the tree line for a great view of both the city and the sea. Privacy was also a consideration, so we chose a spot away from the pool's bustle and noise.

Perfect location in beautiful PV

We absolutely love this unit in Molina De Agua building. The unit is huge, clean, and luxurious. There is a an incredible balcony with a view of the pool and ocean. We loved sitting on the balcony with our entire family during the evenings, especially watching fireworks on New Years Eve! The living room/kitchen is beautiful--we cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen. It's very convenient having a washer/dryer in unit as well.

We've been coming to PV for years and have stayed in many locations, but this building is by far our favorite. It's in the heart of town, but it's very quiet. The pool, ocean lounge chairs, and grounds are kept so incredibly clean--there is plenty of room for enjoying days in the sun. We love the swim up bar too....great for lunch/snacks and drinks! The building is right on the ocean, and the beach in front is not crowded, which was very nice.

You can walk to all restaurants, shops, activities in PV from this location. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun vacation in PV.

Thank you for our fabulous one week stay at your condo. Your condo is nicely appointed and we especially loved the large deck area and sliding glass wall that opened up the whole unit. We loved the location in old town so close to so many great restaurants. The property manager Paty was very friendly and prompt. It was also great that you had extra lawn chairs as there really weren't enough around the pool area.Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful property

We have stayed at this building many times in the past and this year was wonderful as well. This is a safe building and most of the security are great and helpful.

I will say that the last couple of years it has become more and more annoying around the pool area where kids are not allowed to be kids. It seems playing and splashing in a pool are not the norm and the feeling is always to have to quiet the kids, and keep them quiet. Anyone with younger children should be aware of how this seems to now be a problem. We did alright and our kids love the pool, most of the guards were understanding and point to just of couple of individuals that seem to have a problem with kids playing.

This condo was well equipped, and the owners as well as Paty were very helpful, made this a great experience. We will definitely be back and cannot think of anything really negative on this condo, it is beautiful and very well taken care of. Thanks for everything.

Will be back! Perfect spot!

We loved Larry's property. Even more beautiful than pictures. Can not think of one drawback. Beautiful inside and outside/patio space. Lots of privacy for three couples and great common spaces with all amenities you could ask for. Property manager, Paty, was friendly and very responsive. Larry was also great to work with. Location is perfect to walk to Malecon shopping, eating, night life. Condo pool and beautiful grounds are gated and very safe with helpful friendly staff. Taxis right outside condo very reasonable if you want to get groceries or get to marina/somewhere outside walking distance. We will be back!

Stunning property

My sisters and I had an awesome stay at Larry's property. The condominium is clean, well equipped, and spacious. All of the appliances are modern and a joy to use. The bedding was extremely comfortable, there was plenty of closet space, and many small conveniences are provided, such as beach towels, laundry detergent, and a safe. Larry was easy to work with and the property manager, Paty, is very responsive. The staff and security people at Molino de Agua are friendly and professional and we felt very safe at all times. The pool is huge, and there is even a private beach area set up for the condominium owners and renters. We loved waking up, having coffee on the huge private balcony, then stepping out our door and being within walking distance of all the great restaurants, Malecon, banks, etc. We will be back!
