Richly furnished, 3 Bedroom, resort coach home, located inside the beautiful Fiddlers Creek 5 Star Resort

This spacious, bright condo has a wonderful preserve view from the screened lanai. There are 3 large bedrooms with a king 4 poster bed in the Master ( with bathroom en suite), a twin bed in the second bedroom and a queen in the 3rd guest bedroom, also with bathroom ensuite. The master bedroom also has direct access to the screened-in lanai and has it's own TV.

The fully equipped and open kitchen ( with counter bar stools) overlooks a large Family Room with HD TV and Wi-Fi internet. There is a separate Living/Conversation Room which adjoins a glass-tabled dining room with upholstered chairs for easy entertaining.

The condo is completely equipped including all bedding, towels, kitchen items, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a single private garage with additional guest parking. There is a neighborhood pool just steps away.

Fiddler's Creek Resort is an exclusive, gated, upscale, resort style community conveniently located between Naples to the north and west, and Marco Island to the south. Both areas include great dining, exciting entertainment, shopping and access to boating waters and sandy beaches. The community is beautifully landscaped and exquisitely maintained. At the guests' option, Membership privileges can be extended to seasonal residents for a one time transfer fee, irrespective of the length of stay. This is highly recommended to take advantage of the outstanding Fiddler's Creek amenities. There is an impressive clubhouse which boasts a full service spa and a state of the art fitness center (with spa/sauna) as well as three swimming pools with waterfalls, slides and a whirlpool spa. The Gator Grille poolside restaurant and bar overlooks the lake and a there is a more formal restaurant (Caxambas) open for dinner and Sunday brunch in the clubhouse. The award winning, Arthur Hills designed Fiddlers Creek 18 hole course has a full pro shop and complete practice facilities and guests also have the choice of the Rookery course. There are eleven tennis courts and an extensive golf and tennis program calendar.

SEASONAL BOOKING GUIDELINES BY MONTH

DECEMBER - may be booked as a stand alone month, or with other months
JANUARY – may be booked as a stand alone month, or with other months
FEBRUARY – must be paired with a JANUARY BOOKING (minimum 25 days in January) but succeeding months – March and/or April - can be added for a 3-4 month booking.
FEBRUARY - cannot be reserved as a stand alone month or just with March as a 2 month booking (see above)
MARCH – any reservation STARTING exactly on MARCH 1st must be paired with an APRIL BOOKING ( minimum 15 days in April)
APRIL - may be booked as a stand alone month, or with other months

CANCELLATIONS

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY SAYS “60 DAYS NOTICE”. IN FACT, IN 95% OF ALL CASES WHERE A TENANT NEEDS TO CANCEL WITH REASONABLE NOTICE, WE ARE ABLE TO RENT THE HOME AGAIN AND RETURN THE TENANT’S DEPOSIT, LESS A SMALL CANCELLATION FEE.

HOWEVER, IF A TENANT REQUIRES 100% CERTAINTY OF A FULL REFUND PLEASE REVIEW CSA TRAVEL INSURANCE DURING THE VRBO BOOKING PROCESS.

SINCE OUR LEASES ARE 1 TO 3 MONTHS LONG, THE OWNER IS ALSO LEGALLY COMMITTING HIS PROPERTY WITHOUT ANY ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO CANCEL (LEAVING THE TENANT “HOMELESS”). SO A BINDING LEASE PROTECTS BOTH PARTIES….ESPECIALLY WITH LONG STAY, SNOWBIRD LEASES.
