It was completely renovated in 2008. It is 2 hour north of New York City and about one hour south of Albany NY. It is close to Catamount Ski Resort and in the summer the adventure park with ziplines. It is 30 Minutes from Hudson NY. It is also close to the rail trail for biking and walking. The house has a kitchen and a living room with a sofa which can be pulled out to a bed, and a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a Queen size bed. In the winter the house is heated with a propane fireplace. Seasonal renters are also welcome.

Lovely place to enjoy the pleasures of autumn.
A lovely place to spend the weekend. Quiet, rural, peaceful, cozy. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed . Beautiful area with many scenic drives and fun towns to explore within an hours drive.
Cozy, comfortable and clean!
We were very impressed with the open feel to the house although it was small but very well equipped. Thoughtful touches and design made this a pleasurable stay and the house was clean and comfortable. A cool spiral staircase leading up to an attic bedroom space that, at first, may seem a bit too small, turns out to be a perfect sleeping area. Fans and skylights help to cool the space and we found ourselves grabbing for the blankets. A couple of houses across the road actually made us feel more comfortable and the view of the fields with deer feeding in the mornings was the icing!
Quiet location, could use a little TLC
Loved the front porch and the location next to the hayfield. Annette lived just down the street and was very responsive. We talked to her about some concerns - the water heater is quite small, so better to space out showers. The place is cute but could use a good cleaning. The weather was very hot and humid during our stay, very grateful to Annette for some fans, but A/C would be better.
