This place is charming! Very clean & amazing location!

  • 4 of 5

Perfect layout with living room, mini kitchen, bathroom. Beautiful shared terrace right outside the living room. It was in use on Friday night by 20-30 people, but they were no bother and were gone by 10pm or so. Bed is very comfortable! Parking is convenient & costs $20/day.

Not so good features: The elevator is HOT & slow- you feel like your suffocating in there during the middle of the day. Secondly, the noise from the HVAC on the rooftop is VERY loud (like a low pitched rumble & constant hum).

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Matt is very easy to work with & all instructions for check in were more than thorough!

Great location

  • 4 of 5

This apartment was so well located that despite a rough first night, we had to vote 4 stars. When you book this rental, be sure and ask about any events in the venue just below you. The manager Matt, like ourselves, was taken by surprise that a very loud and festive event was going on and we were not able to relax until it was over at 10:30pm. Matt was extremely responsive to our complaints and made things right. However, just know that there is a possibility of something happening just below this apartment, if the venue is booked. The apartment was comfortable and just what we expected except for the hot water and water pressure was less than desired. It’s a great space if you’re looking to be close to everything and not have to drive anywhere.

Owner's Response: Thank you. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Yes the event below took us by surprise but is not a regular thing. We appreciate your feedback and are on top of this and will of course make it perfect for our next guests.

The property was everything we hoped for and more! So clean and spacious

  • 5 of 5

This was a very LUCKY pick! It was so convenient for everything in the historic district that we never needed to get back in the car to go anywhere! The place was so clean and spacious with a nice living area and patio. We loved being able to walk out the door and have wine on the balcony which was secluded and off the the street so it was quiet. So many good shops, restaraunts and bars close by. Please book your stay here and not in a hotel, I promise, you won’t be disappointed.

Great location and perfect for a couple

  • 4 of 5

As several other reviewers have mentioned, the water did take a while to warm up and the water pressure was low. I think that a move to another sprinkler head might help with the water pressure. Except for the shower, everything else was top notch and I would definitely return here to stay on my next Charleston visit. Great location with just a short walk to everywhere. Once we learn about the Dash bus, we saved a lot of walking time.

Perfect location, every comfort

  • 4 of 5

We stayed in Unit D for 4 nights in early May. This is a really lovely apartment...kitchenette with everything you need, great bathroom suite, wonderful bed, really nice in every way. A few details could stand to be addressed: It would have been good to be able to see the initial steps down once in the front door. My husband nearly took a bad fall. Water is low pressure, but ok. Biggest surprise was the parking garage. It is not $16/nt as stayed, it's $20 per 12 hours, so $40/day if you leave it parked there. Big difference others should be aware of. Lastly, every night but Saturday evening were perfectly quiet. Saturday night there was a party diwnstairs, and the music shook the building. Thank Dog it had stopped before our bedtime, we went out to dinner around 9:00 and it had stopped by the time we returned around 11:30. Otherwise, we were very comfortable here and recommend it highly. Thank you Matt for being so accommodating!
