The building is nine years old, but this wonderful and fully equipped apartment has been recently upgraded. The bathrooms, central A/C and heater, washing machine, water heater, dishwasher and all kitchen appliances have been replaced, in accordance with today's standards of energy efficiency.

The apartment is elegantly appointed with full marble floors throughout and new custom window treatments.There is a Jacuzzi hydro-massage in the master bath and a stand up shower in the second bathroom. The Master Suite and the second bedroom both have large built in closets.

This 94 square meter apartment has a combined Living / Dining room with a leatherette sofa, a 45" flat LED TV with full signal, fiber optic Internet connection with WiFi and a dining table for four to six people. Step out to our ample and secure tempered glass balcony with a wide side ocean view for breakfast, a drink or just to enjoy the ocean breeze. From the balcony you have access to the apartment's private solarium on the upper terrace, which is only accessible to you and invisible to neighbors. From the solarium you can view the ocean on one side and the nearby Andalucian mountains on the other. Enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi, relax, read or sunbathe in the warm Mediterranean sun.

Enjoy a lunch at one of the beach restaurants across the street or walk 150 yards to the beautiful "Old Town" or "Casco Viejo" of Estepona, where you will find dozens of "tapas bars", in addition to local and foreign cuisine restaurants, side by side. Enjoy a wonderful evening dining "al fresco" in the colorful veredas of this gorgeous and manicured medieval town.

For the cooking and gourmet fans, there is food shopping at a short walking distance, including Carrefour Supermarket only 10' away. But Estepona is also a fishing town, and the Port of Estepona, only 10' away, is where the fishing boats bring in their catch daily for either sale to food shoppers or to be consumed at one of their port restaurants. Optionally, you can buy your favorite fish and they will cook it on the spot for a small fee.

The apartment has a garage, where, for a small fee, you can have a secure indoor parking space with direct elevator access to this sixth floor, penthouse apartment. You will find precise instructions of "Where to Go" in the apartment.

I had the best time!

My sweetness and I went to Spain for just a few days. We loved staying in this apartment, with all the amenities we could have wanted. It had plenty of space for the two of us and is equipped for 4 people. There were two bathrooms so if one of us needed to go, the other one could go simultaneously. In particular I liked how quiet it was. I slept so well! The kitchen is well equipped, but you won't even want to cook with all the delicious food available.

Estepona is ever so beautiful and picturesque; the photos speak for themselves. There is a wonderful local culture. You can go to the beach, eat good fish, or go out for drinks. It's also well located. It is relatively easy to rent a car and explore all that Costa del Sol has to offer. My darling and I had a great time checking out nearby attractions in Marbella, Alhambra, Grenada, Malaga. I recommend the market in Malaga, where you can get delicious fresh fish and have it prepared too. There is so much old, beautiful architecture throughout this place if that's your interest, too. Would recommend.

The numerous restaurants in Estepona serve everything from traditional typically Mediterranean fare through to the most innovative and international cuisine. We recommend the salt-baked fish, 'fritura malagueña' (mixed fried fish platter) and char-grilled sardines.

Nature lovers will enjoy an excursion through the Sierra Bermeja nature reserve, where at the top of the Pico de los Reales (1,449 metres) you'll be rewarded with views over the westernmost part of the Costa del Sol, the Rock of Gibraltar and the north of the continent of Africa.

Estepona is also home to several golf courses, the Costa del Sol School of Equestrian Art, and the Selwo Aventura leisure park, where over 2,000 animals live side by side in semi-freedom.

Another worthwhile excursion just a few kilometres away is to Manilva, which has seven kilometres of beaches along its coastline. Nearby is the historic-artistic site of Casares, presided by the church of La Encarnación and the Torre de la Sal tower. Continuing on along the coast you'll come to Marbella, one of the most important holiday resorts on the Costa del Sol, and Fuengirola, a town boasting a profound Andalusian heritage with magnificent beaches.
