Fabulous 3 Bed 2 Bath Spacious Ground floor apartment (WIFI) in Majestic Hills, luxuriously furnished in a Secure Gated Community a short stroll from the beach with its own popular restaurant & bar. Sleeps 6 Air Con throughout (hot/cold) and situated in one of the most exclusive developments on the Casares Costa. Please don't confuse our apartment as a cheaply furnished 'only to let' property!! it is our second home & furnished accordingly. There are 2 large pools available set in beautiful 'award winning' landscaped gardens. The lounge is beautifully furnished with LCD TV & DVD/sky f/view UK channels. There are 2 large leather sofas and a dining table to seat 8. The open plan kitchen is superbly appointed, from a Gaggia coffee machine to V&B wine glasses, together with all the quality appliances you would expect. Patio doors lead to the large terrace which over looks the pool, Alfresco dining & variety of places to relax from the Morrocan day bed, rattan sofa's & Gas BBQ.

We had a great time in the Casares apartment. We experienced both some of the magnificent "Holy week" parades in Malaga and the monkeys on Gibraltar, and a lot lot more. The weather was on and off and we didn't have the pleasure to enjoy the pool much. Maybe next time.

The apartment size and the area is great as we was both Toddler's, parents and grand parents!

so many day´s. Everybody enjoyed.

Eva was great to introducing the apartment and the area, we was happy that we chose this.

We wouldn't hesitate booking this apartment again when we returns to the Casares area.

  • The sumptuously furnished master bedroom consists of a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower & jacuzzi bath with underfloor heating. Patio doors lead out to the terrace. There are an additional 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms, one double room with a double bed (with flat screen TV) and lastly a double room with twin beds. All have quality lighted built in wardrobe and drawers.

Patio doors lead to the large terrace which over looks the pool, there are a variety of places to relax. Choose the large covered Moroccan style day bed or the rattan sofas and chairs, or enjoy cocktails and dinner 'al fresco' on the terrace dining table & chairs. The terrace benefits from the morning & late afternoon sun with views to the mountains and sea. There is a high quality gas BBQ. With regard to information on the apartment, although the write up in the listing is quite comprehensive, I could go on to say the apartment has everything anyone wanting a quality holiday would need, from the Ice making machine & IPOD station to children's body boards. We have Red Care security (response in person) alarm and a community concierge who can cater for any problems incurred whilst you are there.

Brilliant apartment, well appointed, comfortable and stylish. Outside space is exceptional. Very relaxing setting. Facilities, including the pool area are fantastic. Shame the walk to the beach and nearby bars is just too far. Very attentive and considerate owners and back up service. Overall, fantastic value for money. Excellent accommodation which makes a great base for the area. Thoroughly recommended.

Everything you could need

Stayed here for two weeks in August with my three children and husband (kids of 5, 3 and 6 months). The apartment is very lovely. Great value. It's in lovely condition. Has everything you could need (in terms of kitchenware, towels, washing machine, coffee machine, etc). Terrace is lovely and big and we frequently used BBQ. Two lovely pools. Very quiet, lots of sunbeds, shady areas to sit. Apartment is walking distance to a little bar and playground and at least two beach bar/restaurants. Driving distance to Estepona, Gibraltar, Marbella. El Cristo beach in Estepona is perfect for small children. You would definitely need a car but it would be a pity to not drive around to see some of the area so I think a car is a good idea regardless. Casares is a white village which is an easy drive from the apartment and has very lovely restaurants all the way there (up in hills, very peaceful). Owners are very lovely and very very nice to deal with. Great air conditioning in flat. Found the TV a bit tricky to figure out but the WiFi was tops, better than some hotels I have stayed in so not a big deal (you can stream Netflix). They do have UK channels so worth asking for a bit more detail re the workings of the TV if that's your thing. One of the better sun holidays we have had, was gutted to come home (usually I am ready but this time I wanted to ditch my rainy London life and build a new life in Spain, ha). Highly recommend.

Stunning apartment

This is a beautifully furnished apartment in a new urbanization of Bahia de Casares which is a quiet unspoilt part of Spain. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the lovely pool and with views of both the sea and the mountains from the terrace. I in particular loved lounging on the huge 'day'bed' on the terrace pondering which restaurant to visit that evening. Our favourite was La Choza, although there were many others just as good. The beach is a large sweeping bay that is immaculately clean and the water crystal clear. The old town of Casares is a short drive away up in the hills and is a beautifully quaint old white washed town built into the hillside. Time seems to have stood still here and wandering its narrow cobbled streets, stopping for a meal, then relaxing in one of the few bars in the town square was the highlight of our holiday. The apartment owners, Tony & Sam are lovely, friendly and helpful and really put themselves out to make your holiday special. Unfortunately I ignored the very good advice they gave me to 'hire a car' and so spent 'Muchos Euros' on taxi's as a car really is needed here. My mistake, next time I will listen to Tony, and there will be a next time as we had a fantastic relaxing holiday and do plan to return.

I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic apartment very homely feeling, beautiful place to relax with the family. Ideal for families with children. The owners are very helpful and always at the end of the phone if needed. Will be returning next summer.

The property was impressive & luxurious.

I would definitely book this apartment again. When we arrived we were pleasingly surprised. The décor was outstanding - classy & luxurious (every room) - impressively clean with a multitude of modern gadgets. The whole holiday was perfect. There are plenty of places to visit each day and the beach is just a short walk from the complex. The pool & gardens are extremely well tendered. This apartment is definitely a repeat booking & can't wait to visit again - this year! Fabulous fabulous!!!

Situated just off the Casares road which boasts arguably the three best restaurants in the area, only 400m from the beach (with its own restaurant) and a short drive (3km) from the port of Duquesa. The area is home to the most prestigious golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, namely Valderrama, San Roque and only a 5 minute stroll to the new home of the Volvo 'World Match Play' Finca Cortasin G&CC which attracts Europe's biggest stars. Nestled between two clean blue flag beaches the Marina of Duqessa boasts a wide choice of amenities including a supermarket, bank, butcher and a wide choice of affordable, top class restaurants including Chinese, Thai, Italian, English and not forgetting Spanish cuisine. It has many boutiques and numerous bars. Across from the Marina is situated Duquesa G&CC which has fantastic facilities, Tennis Squash Gym etc. All in all Duquesa is the kind of place to unwind and have fun. Other Activities: Only 20 Min drive from the duty free shopping in Gibraltar From High End Watches and Jewelry to M&S Gibralter is a great day out for all the Family.

Golf: Andalucia is the home of over 60 Golf courses and with 30 of those located on the Costa del Sol it has earned the affectionate name of Costa del Golf. The region boasts an excellent climate and long hours of sunshine that attract ever increasing numbers of enthusiasts and professionals to the Golfing capital of Europe.

The nature of the region allows the fresh Atlantic and the mild Mediterranean winds to moderate temperatures in the summer whilst the mountains provide shelter from the cooler northern winds in the winter. As well as offering ideal playing conditions these are a spectacular backdrop to the courses whose views extend across the Mediterranean to North Africa. All these factors contribute to the rapid development of Golf courses in the area and the PGAs´ decision to host the Ryder Cup, Volvo Masters and major European Championship events.

Discount available 3 week + winter bookings. We are happy to to take booking payments via personal bank transfer or pay-pal with 25% deposit on booking (returnable up to 8 weeks prior to departure) then the remainder 8 weeks before travel. Although personal cheque or bank transfer is preferred, if you prefer to pay via pay-pal I will send you an invoice via the pay-pal system. If the booking is made with less than 8 weeks to travel then the full balance is payable on booking. We always ask for a small deposit £150 (again held in a Pay-pal account) which is returned at the end of your holiday subject to the inventory check. Accidents do happen (human nature) however if anything does happen to break, don't worry, just let us know so we can replace it for our future guests. Once payment is received in full I will send you an information pack. This contains information on directions, keys, security codes and all that you will need to know in order for you to have a relaxing time when you arrive.
We are happy to take long weekend & mid week booking (min 4 nights) on a prorated basis.
