To the rear of the property the covered dining BBQ terrace provides the opportunity for lazy Mediterranean alfresco long lunches and starlight romantic evening dinners.

Hidden away: This comfortable 3 bedroom villa is destined to become a favourite for those looking for high quality accommodation in rural Mallorca. In a lovely peaceful location, 5 mins drive out of Campanet, on the back road to the tiny village of Binibona 2 kms away.

The mosaic tiled swimming pool has comfortably furnished sun terraces and here you can laze amidst the sweet scented citrus trees and admire the wonderful views across unspoilt countryside to the pine clad mountain ranges. The pleasant, well maintained fenced gardens afford plenty of space for children to play amidst the citrus, almond, olive trees and scented oleanders.

The Campanet valley is truly one of Mallorca`s unspoilt areas with amazing views stretching in all directions as far as the eye can see. Verdant fields, almond, citrus and ancient olive groves abound in total natural surroundings. Here you will see migrating birds, mountain goats and also look for mountain eagles and cascading mountain waterfalls. 'Can Tabu' is a truly delightful stone clad country home affording a haven of peace in the unspoilt sunny Mallorcan countryside.

Highly recommended for those seeking a relaxing countryside holiday.

But close: Via the scenic country road, Old Pollenca with a good choice of shops and restaurants is no more than a 20 minute drive, whilst nearer by, a 5 minute drive will bring you to the attractive hill village of Selva which has at least three restaurants of note, including one above the church square, with a huge dining terrace enjoying panoramic views all the way to the coast. However for a truly memorable occasion, book a table at a small hotel in the neighbouring village of Binibona where gourmet food is served on a candlelit terrace.

The town of Inca, famous for its leather goods and covered market, is a 10 minutes drive and from here you can also catch a train to Palma.

Five hikers women have a few quiet

Days spent in the countryside.

The house is beautiful and perfect,

The area is charming with lots of sheep and orange trees.

Apart from the fact that on a busy bike path

Is also very quiet.

The service was good and we will recommend the house at any time.

Especially for groups or large families perfectly.

Always a shadow - or solar space around the house and

enough room inside to distribute.

one week of perfect relaxation

If having a place for yourselves without any neighbors but lemon trees and a flock of sheep is what you're looking for to relax then Sanjeev's house might be perfect for your holiday.

With a couple of friends I spent one week in the spacious house to go cycling & climbing as well as to relax. I wouldn't call the house a luxurious place but it had everything on offer that we were longing for .. a barbecue, a nice fire place, a big pool, a coffee machine and so on. Also, we had fun playing ping pong.

To make a long story short - I can recommend staying in this place!

Es hält, was es verspricht!

Traditionelles geräumiges Haus, sensationeller Pool, ruhige Lage!

Campanet bietet die Möglichkeit zum einkaufen und lecker Essen gehen in mallorcinischer Schönheit, man bekommt sogar eine Bildzeitung in der Pappeteria!

Gute Anbindungslage.

Fazit dieses Familienurlaubs: jederzeit wieder und jederzeit im selben Haus.

Als deutscher Pedant der immer lieber auf Nummer sicher geht, wäre uns eine richtige Rechnung oder irgendwas Schriftliches lieb gewesen, als nur eine Bestätigung der Reseverierung, da wir bis zur Anreise immer Bammel hatten, ob alles klar geht. Aber keine Sorge, man kann sich auf Sanjeev verlassen.

Wir durften den Abreisetag noch länger bleiben und auf Probleme mit der Klimaanlage wurde sofort reagiert.

Situated on the edge of the green and wooded foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, the village of Campanet's one claim to fame is the amazing limestone caves, said to house the longest stalactite in the world! It also makes a good starting point for an exhilarating drive to the mountain top Monastry at Lluc via the picturesque village of Caimari.

The sunny church square has a number of local bars and small shops and a pleasant spot to linger over a morning coffee and croissant before heading off for the day. In the evening there are also two or three bars that serve authentic tapas or simple but delicious meals, but the village has surprisingly remained a peaceful backwater, virtually untouched by tourism.

For a truly memorable occasion, book a table at a small hotel in the neighbouring village of Binibona where gourmet food is served on a candlelit terrace.
