Summer Breeze Cottage is sure to become a favorite for your vacation spot. This one level cottage offers stunning views from almost every area in the house and is located on a flat lot. A large master bedroom with wide water views, king size bed and sitting is a perfect place to end your day. The second bedroom has a beautiful furniture, privacy, spacious layout and a queen sized bed. A full bath completes this side of the house. The large living area with floor to ceiling windows offers wonderful views, comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. A dining area with a large pantry is off of the fully stocked kitchen. There is also a sitting room with a table perfect for games or puzzles. The entire lakeside of the living, dining and kitchen area offers huge windows and sliding doors with wide water views and shades for convenience.

The huge back deck offers comfortable, updated seating, bulb string lighting, a gas grill (with propane provided) and a large space heater for cool evenings. A wide gravel path leads to the dock and water side fire-pit. The dock offers a covered gazebo with lighting, floater and plenty of space on either side; perfect for swimming and taking advantage of the 2 kayaks provided by the owner. Summer Breeze Cottage brings all of the most sought after amenities such as beautiful decor inside and out, wide water views, flat lot, fire-pit, huge deck and dock, kayaks and more!

Well stocked home

This is a solid home and we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We were comfortable and everything worked, A/C, gas grill, appliances etc. The water by the dock can get a bit choppy because it is a busy part of the lake for boating. Once the boating stops for the day it’s incredibly peaceful and calm and that’s the best time to go kayaking or swim etc. Cute home! The neighborhood is nice and its in a great location for getting to marinas and Food Lion.

Excellent stay

This house was perfect for our weekend stay. My daughter and two college friends participated in the SML triathlon. Their parents and I cheered them on. This house was just what we needed. It was fun using the kayaks. We found wood to burn in the fire pit. The weather was wonderful. Dinner was nice out on the deck. We would definitely like to come back again.

Perfect lake experience!

Highly recommend this property for the best lake experience. Location was excellent. House was amazing. Deck and docks and yard were exactly what you’d want for a lake stay. Plenty of stuff to enjoy the water including kayaks and floats. Ice cream boat even stopped by the dock every evening! House was incredible including a very well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was there. The AC didn’t work when we arrived but called the host and a very nice service tech showed up in less than an hour and took care of the problem right away. Terrific customer service. Super satisfied and will definitely be back again soon!

Beautiful shaded lakefront home, sunsets spectacular!

Family vacation, 3 generations, all enjoyed this home and property to the max! Indoor space was clean, tastefully decorated and had a generously equipped kitchen. Outdoor space had plenty of seating in multiple areas, very large and deep deck, mature shade trees and easy access to gazebo and dock. We enjoyed the wide open view of the lake and sunsets. Lake traffic was not a problem for our group. Would definitely seek out this property to rent again. Thank you VRBO and Long and Foster SML!
