Two-bedroom apartment, a short 5-min walk to delightful beaches & all amenities

This fantastic two- bedroom apartment is located in a superb position overlooking Lapad Peninsula and the beautiful turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea. Lapad is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular tourist areas, with delightful beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and bustling cafés. The Old Town and city wall are only a ten minute bus drive. “L’Heure Bleue” apartment is brand new, stylish and modern and equipped to the highest standards in design and comfort.

The apartment is situated on the top floor in a newly constructed residential building with only 8 steps entering from the back side of the building. It can accommodate up to 3 guests.

The apartment itself has lots of natural light with large windows to welcome in it's magnificient views of the crystal bleu Adriatic Sea.

The main bedroom consists of a double bed, AC/heating and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom comes with a bathtub, washbasin, and awashing machine.

The living room area has a sofa suite, AC/heating, TV, Satellite, DVD player etc... a fantastic place to relax after a hard day sunbathing!

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything to make your visit a hassle free one. The kitchen opens onto a private balcony with breathtaking views. Guests can enjoy an outdoor breakfast or maybe some nice Croatian while admiring the lovely views.

The apartment comes with its own parking space.

Great clean apartment with a gorgeous views! Quick 10 minute bus ride to Old Town and 5 minute walk down to the Lapad Bay promenande which has access to beaches and plenty of restaurants/bars/cafes. Ana did a wonderful job greeting us and getting us oriented. Communication with the owners and Ana was seamless. The best area to stay in Dubrovnik in my opinion because you are away from the hustle and bustle of Old Town (but a quick bus ride away) and can easily walk to so many lovely restaurants and bars. If you stay here check out Atlantic Kitchen and Peppers for an easy walk to delicious food. Of note there are quite a few stairs down/up to the Promenade which I loved because it helps work off all of the food and drink to be enjoyed

A short 5 minutes walk takes you to the charming Lapad Beach itself and bus station. There is also local tennis courts, playground and a commercial center a few minutes walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand. There is also a regular bus service, so a car is not necessary to enjoy your time with us.

The bus connection Lapad/Old town is excellent. The line 6 runs every 15-20 min from early morning till late evening making the city very close.

Taxi station is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and Lapad/Old Town.

You will receive a personal welcome from us to familiarize you with the apartment and surrounding area. During your stay we are available to assist you whatever your needs.
