This property is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Take steps from the deck RIGHT DOWN INTO THE SAND OF CAPE COD BAY.

This waterfront four-bedroom, three-bathroom house has sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay and direct access to the beach via a private staircase.

Almost every room in the home has a view of Cape Cod Bay.

Enter a large open foyer with staircase to the second floor on the left. To the right is a living room with comfortable couches--perfect for reading, cocktails or a quiet chat. The open kitchen and family room and the separate dining room all have fantastic water views. The fully-equipped eat-in kitchen has a dining table with four chairs, a large island with counter seating and double cooktop, a double wall oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, drip coffee pot and Keurig. One step down into the family room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV with cable. The separate dining room has a large table with seating for eight.

One of the home's four bedrooms is also on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed and French doors to the deck. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer and utility sink.

The three other bedrooms are on the second floor, accessed via the staircase from the foyer. The bedroom on the side of the house has a queen bed and the bedroom on the water side has a queen bed. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with shower. A set of French doors leads to the master private balcony. Sweeping views of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown from the bedroom and balcony. There is another bathroom off the hall with tub/shower, two sinks and water closet.

Note: This property does not have air conditioning.

The wrap-around deck with outdoor tables and chairs, chaise lounges, gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower is an absolute delight! Enjoy beautiful views of the water, Long Point and Wood End Lighthouses all day and stunning sunsets and the twinkling stars and lights of Provincetown at night. Deck accessed by French doors from the kitchen.

Direct access to the beach below via a deck walkway and steps! Swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing steps from the house.

Short drive to the best of Truro including Truro Vineyards, Atlantic Spice, Highland (Cape Cod) Lighthouse, shops, restaurants and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites. Gorgeous ocean view

Family of 4 (all adults) stayed for a week in early June. The vibe is original 70s but in good condition overall. The view can’t be beat and the house is very spacious (perhaps too big for us!). Proximity to Ptown was excellent. We brought bikes which we stored on the landing at the front door. We cooked most nights and the two electric cooktops and the new double wall ovens worked very well. The outdoor gas grill doesn’t get very hot, though. Cons: the view was marred by dirty/dusty windows and screens. We cleaned all the beach facing windows and doors on the first floor inside and outside and wiped down the dusty screens. Sparkling windows transformed the view of stunning sunsets and ocean! Very pleasant wind/breeze in the first few days! That which can be improved: update couches and arm chairs from 70s microfiber, and need new mattresses. Pillows were flat (old) fiberfill. Recommend cleaning windows regularly and also the mesh filters in the kitchen downdraft fan vents were covered in heavy grease and stuck food (we ran the filters through the dishwasher and wiped down the wells). Repair the rip in the screen in the dining room to keep out mosquitoes. We had a wonderful time in this house once we acclimated. The location on the beach was perfect, the view was lovely and we could hear the soothing sounds of the ocean. The management company responded within a few hours of our call (water heater stopped and needed to be reset). We would recommend this house to others and we would love to return another year.

Nice house, great location

Overall this is a very nicely located house on a bluff overlooking a sandy beach on the bay side with beautiful sunsets. Private stairs lead directly to beach. Kitchen/family room and MBR face the water with nice views. Decent deck for outside use on both floors. House was very clean, spacious and overall well equipped. Have rented many houses over the last 30 years, and we do a lot of cooking. As kitchens go this was pretty well appointed with decent utensils, glasses, plates, etc. There were no leftover spices, salt, pepper, etc. - but that may be due to covid. Pots and pans were adequate. Two coffee makers, including a Keurig. Two cooktops and a double oven (upper oven was broken). All electric. Fridge a little cramped. Beds were comfortable, internet worked well. House is a little dated, and things like the oven are due for replacement, but overall very nice and would stay again if wanted to be in that part of the Cape.

Great Vacation spot

Perfect deck to watch sunsets after sunsets. Also, on clear nights an excellent location for stargazing. Great overall place, plenty of room and a beautiful view from every corner

Truro on the Bay

Location, location, location. Stunning views featuring memorable sunsets. Great house, would prefer some higher end touches, but certainly manageable. Definitely would repeat.
