An Ocean front house with breath taking views

What makes this House unique
The deck on this home is everything! We see sea turtles daily, we have also seen dolphins and migrating whales. The sound of the ocean is spectacular and creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The Most Amazing Ocean View!
This house is right on the water's edge. We had no trouble with access to the property. At high tide you can feel the ocean spray on the balcony. The house is very clean, with three very nice and comfortable bedrooms. It has everything you need for a fantastic stay. The sound of the waves lulls you to sleep in the evenings.
There are sights to see a short drive away, as well as drinking and eating establishments. The property owner is very helpful, and provides you with any information you need. I would stay at this house again.
What a great little spot! It was incredible to be able to see the sunrise and sunset!
Million Dollar view
This was a great little Casita to use as our homebase for a few days, 2 adults and 3 kids (10 and 14) found it to be very roomy and clean. The caretaker made it a point to stop by to ensure everything was in order for our stay. Fun little bar right next door that has karaoke, full bar and serves ‘bar style’ food. There are many little local restaurants in walking distance or a very short ride. The Salitre restaurant was amazing, a higher end (for the local area) seafood restaurant, one which provided the ambiance and service you would expect to see in the United States. We sat outside and enjoyed the amazing ocean front view. We ordered the red snapper, they brought several fresh fish out for us to select from. Cost was about $22 a person with drinks. A less expensive option was “The Smoke House” a BBQ place up the road, not much open on Mondays. There is a small market about 3 miles away which has all the essentials. Keep in mind that this place sits right on the Ocean, the views and sounds of the waves crashing were very relaxing. Just be aware that the waters are rough and not safe for wading in. However, don’t be discouraged as there is a sandy beach less then a mile down the road which is very safe for swimming. We did drive to Ricon, but to be honest the little sandy beach next door suited us just fine.
Time of travel was spring break, weekdays in March.
Best Beach House!
We loved staying here! It was very nice to spread out after staying in hotels the rest of the time. The sound of the ocean was amazing! It was right on the road but you really did not hear the cars because of the waves. My kids enjoyed having their own rooms and we liked sleeping in room right next to the ocean and listening to the waves all night. The houses on either side were destroyed by the hurricane and therefore there was no one on either side. Just us and the ocean. I would stay here again.
Amazing crashing waves in a well decorated space
The house is nice, but it is near others that were not repaired after the storms. Double doors lead to a deck with a rocky beach below. My family enjoyed listening to the waves. The house is decorated very nicely.
Sweet little house on the ocean
It’s a really nice house, three nice sized bedrooms, perfect for a family with two teenagers. The ocean is literally outside the back door, which is amazing and powerful, but also really loud, it takes a while to get used to. We met the host’s dad who was super friendly and offered recommendations on what beach nearby to visit and restaurants to visit. He was really sweet and we enjoyed chatting with him very much. If we were to visit this area again I would stay there again.
We try to stay abreast of all the local activites and festivals in the area. Depending on when you arrive we can fill you in on whats going on.
