The living room has a TV and comfortable seating area with a double sofa bed, whilst the kitchen has a fridge, hob, coffee machine and microwave. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and double bed, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. All rooms have beautiful views of the Pirin Mountains. The apartment was the icing on the cake of our Bansko week. The apartment was warm and cozy in a hotel that had the best customer service in Bansko. We felt completely welcomed by all of the staff. The pool was so warm and wonderful for the children after a day of skiing. We cooked breakfast every morning in the appointed kitchen, and had a few spaghetti dinners in the evening. The space was enough for our family with four children. The view of the mountain from the windows was a real plus. We loved that we could easily walk into town, or take the free shuttle from the hotel. The only negative we found was that the bed mattresses were on the hard side. This is the same in any Balkan hotel we have stayed in. I have recommended the apartment to many friends and hope to return back.
Premier mountain resort is real five star destination with highly professional staff and trustable cleaning service. Apartment is obviously very secure. Surrounding is not very attractive, due to a lot of non-finished buildings, a casualty of economic crisis. However this is not a problem, a Premier complex is self-sufficient with restaurant, shopping area and very clean SPA facilities. We have been here in very hot weather but sleeping has been good due to natural ventilation from high mountains. Area is very quiet and therefore occasionally we detected some mechanical noises from hotel air conditioning and from water flow in heaters. A nature is very preserved and I recommend these mountains. A food is good especially in centre of Bansko and in Razlog. We have been on 46 of tops above 2000 meters. We had fabulous time here and most probable we would return to achieve other mountain tops in Pirin.
Comfortable apartment set in a luxury hotel, with good facilities. Staff very approachable and food really good.
Apartment has all you need for a weeks ski holiday, and Bansko has a variety of local cuisine to offer.
The hotel itself is set away from the piste but the free shuttle makes the gondola accessible, and being away from the slopes helps with the relaxation part of your stay!
Communication with owners was good, lots of information provided.
Would definitely return!
it's a very nice and coquette apartment situated in a really five stars hotel, where nobody make the difference between us and the hotel's clients. The hotel's pool is nice yet not large but with warm water, free sauna & nice restaurant and bar.
over all it's a five stars location that's why we rent the same apartment in two consecutive seasons.
Overall a an amazing hotel and stay complete with spa which we visited daily. Accompanied by a swimming pool and a gym. Not to mention the window view of the mountains. A very cosy and Christmassy atmosphere, wish we could of stayed for longer.
We spent an extended Summer in Bansko at Premier Mountain Lodge. The indoor pool and spa were excellent for the duration of our stay. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the standards of cleaning and hospitality were excellent.
We had wifi in the apartment and were able to watch all our UK tv shows through the internet using our hdmi cable from laptop to TV.
The town was quieter than we had hoped, but we still managed to find some very good meals at Todeva, Le Retro, the Irish Harp and Victoria (opposite the Kempinski). Also, we visited Pirin Golf Resort several times, as the pedestrian village is very pretty and the Golf Clubhouse is wonderful.
Louise was a pleasure to deal with, and anyone going over the ski season will have a great time!
The apartment is located in the Gramadeto area of Bansko, at the foot of the Pirin Mountains, an UNESCO World Heritage site. The main gondola is only 700 metres from the apartment, which gives skiers and snowboarders access to 70 kilometres of pistes. The historic old town, which dates back to the 10th century, is within walking distance with its traditional 'mehana' tavernas, some of which still produce their own wine and numerous shops, bars and other tourist facilities. Summer visitors can enjoy nearby golf courses, walking or mountain biking or visit the beautiful Rila Monastery.
The resort is easily accessible by car, taxi or bus from Sofia Airport, 160 kilometres away. Alternatively, you can fly to Plovdiv Airport, which is 140 kms from Bansko.
Other Activities: Kayaking, rafting, off road safaris, quad biking, paintballing
