Nice and quiet house with tropical garden

A beautiful and peaceful Finca situated between Pollença old town and the Port of Pollença with 3,500 m2 of land and 375 m2 of housing area fit to live in. Her enormous swimming pool which the front end of is shallow just like a beach, descends gradually to a depth of approximately 2 metres. The pool is ideal for small children and babies bearing in mind the safety aspect that any child requires, they will enjoy an unforgettable holiday. They will not want to get out of the water !!!...Right in the middle of the pool is a fountain which on one side boasts a glorious cascade of water glorifying the beauty of the pool.

The terrace area is well equipped with sunshades and sun loungers with a surrounding tropical garden, palm trees and all sorts of plants adding wonderful colours to this exceptional setting.

The enormous barbecue designed with exquisite taste and traditional touches is just a few metres away from the pool. Inside the Hall of the barbecue, there is a bathroom with shower.

The house itself, an old farm which has been reformed with stone and wood in the traditional style, boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a chimney, TV, DVD and free WIFI receivers, and a 4,5mt by 1,5mt wooden table which was carefully built in situ within the living room.

On the ground floor there is a king bedroom with a complete bathroom.

On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 singles beds each, and a double allowing for accommodation for 8 people I all. The windows and balconies upstairs allow for picturesque views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana

There is air conditioning in all the rooms together with central heating throughout the house.

Traumurlaub

Eigentlich sollte man solche tollen Urlaubsdomizile für sich behalten, denn sonst sind sie für die Zukunft ausgebucht. Aber der Aufenthalt dort war so überragend! Die Finca ist ein Traum, der Pool gerade auch für Kleinkinder ein Paradies. Außerdem herrscht dort eine göttliche Ruhe und der Ausblick auf das Gebirge ist sagenhaft. Der Pool wurde jeden 2. Tag gereinigt, die Handtücher alle 3 Tage gewechselt, nach einer Woche wurde die Finca geputzt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Bei Problemen genügte ein Anruf und innerhalb von einer Stunde war dieses dann behoben. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zur süßen Stadt Pollenca ist mit 3 km mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl,und Erosky) in 2km. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Traumurlaub!

Toller Garten

Die Finca hat uns gut gefallen. Der Pool und der Garten sind sehr schon angelegt. Überall gibt es Schattenplätze . Im Haus könnte die Küche besser ausgestattet sein. Besonders Besteck und Kochgeschirr waren sehr dürftig. Die Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt waren aber von der einfachsten Art. Die Nähe der Finca zum Strand und zu Pollenca ist sehr angenehm !

Pollença is located at 4km from the Ca’n Suau. It is situated between pine tree covered hills.

It is essential to visit the different monuments in the village, especially the Calvario, a chapel on top of one of these hills, which can be reached by walking up 365 steps. Once you arrive at the top a stunning view of the village can be appreciated including the bell tower and the Puig de Maria, another chapel located on a hill right opposite the Calvario, at a height of 320 mts. From there one can see all over the bay of Pollença, the bay of Alcudia and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, stunning in itself.

On Sundays there is a market in the square offering all sorts of typical products from the island, together with local fruit and vegetables. It is really worth having a stroll around the old streets of the village and stopping off in one of the local bars to enjoy a refreshing drink. There are many restaurants in Pollença with a choice of international cuisine or indeed typical mallorquin delicacies.

Only 3km away from Ca’n Suau is the beach of Port de Pollença, with a selection of pubs, bars, restaurants and shops to choose from.A bit further up the coast from Port de Pollença is Formentor, it´s well worth a trip to the lookout point at Colomer or the lighthouse at Formentor to absorb the immense beauty of this area of the island.

Cala Sant Vicenç is not far away with 3 prestine beaches to choose from with turquoise coloured water, exquisite.

For golf lovers there is a 9 hole golf club on the outskirts of the village and there are 20 golf courses o the island.

In the area of Pollença and the port there are endless watersports to choose from including diving centres, plus boat excursions, horse riding excursions and climbing excursions amongst others.

A bottle of wine is on offer to welcome you on your arrival at C´an Suau.

Included in the price are the bathroom towels and the bedding, plus a clean of the house twice a week, and once more on departure. The swimming pool is maintained on a regular basis as is the garden. It is in the owner´s interest for your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
