Location is the key for this one

  • 5 of 5

Perfect spot in the heart of the historic district. Easy to stop back by during the day to refresh yourself. We didn't eat a bad meal all weekend! You would spend more on any hotel in the area than the cost of this room. We will definitely use it again!

Lovely place

  • 5 of 5

My new husband and I loved the place. It was with in walking distance to everything. We parked our car and didn't get back in it until we left.

Terrific location! The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Very nicely updated.

  • 5 of 5

So much history and so many good restaurants made for a busy weekend. We enjoyed two concerts at Spoleto festival and three tours. We could walk everywhere and didn't need a car. My favorite was the boat tour on the river!

A real find in a high end hospitality market

  • 5 of 5

Great location. Nicely furnished, clean, Exra amenities. Wifi problem addressed quickly. Confusing TV management and very slow elevator ("sit back and enjoy the 1 min 10 sec ride") but roomy, well supplied and upgraded living space. Will rent again.

Perfect Stay

  • 5 of 5

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for! MUCH better than staying in a hotel. It was 2 blocks from King street, and an easy walk to just about anywhere in downtown Charleston. The bed was beyond comfortable and we slept great! The apartment can be a bit noisy at night, but if you close the bedroom door and bring a small noise machine, you can't hear a thing! We loved being able to hang out in the living room and have our own drinks/food in the kitchenette. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Great location! Walkable to everything in historic district. It is a solid unit that I would stay in again - clean, spacious, comfortable. Parking is extra, but very close and convenient.
