Welcome to Crystal Lake in Harrison Maine. This home has 5BR, 2.5 BA in the main house and a bunk house located on the water. The house is a four-season home providing wonderful lake fun in the summer, hiking in the fall and spring, and great skiing in the winter!
The main house is set up on a hill and surrounded by trees ensuring privacy. There is ample room for parking at the back of the house. The house has a large deck for relaxing and is nice and bright all day long.
Access the lake across the road from your own private dock complete with swim ladder and stairs. Get ready for excellent canoeing, hiking, fishing and photography in this beautiful part of western Maine.
INTERIOR: GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor isn’t finished, however there is a finished bedroom and full bathroom down there. The bathroom has a full-size washer and dryer and a bathtub.
Sliding glass door keeps the ground floor bright. It is nice and cool down there in the summer.
INTERIOR: FIRST FLOOR
Enter the house from the side main door and through the mudroom. The mudroom enters into a larger kitchen. You’ll find plenty of counter and cabinet space, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine fridge and a microwave. If you feel like grilling, there is a charcoal grill at the back of the house. A breakfast bar connects the dining room and kitchen.
The masterbed is off the kitchen and has a queen size bed. The room connects to a bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. It also has a walkin closet.
The open floor plan of classic knotty pine and a vaulted ceiling. The dining room can seat 6-8. The living room has a floor to ceiling fireplace and views of the lake. A deck has plenty of seating and another table and chair set for outdoor dining.
INTERIOR: SECOND FLOOR
A central staircase leads upstairs from the living room to 3 of the 5 bedrooms and a half bath. Each of the bedrooms sleep 2 in various configurations.

Crystal Lake is located in Western Maine. About a 3.5 hour drive from Boston. There’s a town ramp to launch small boats and a town park with a playground, gazebo, and beach to gather with other families in the area.
Skiing and hiking trails are all a stone’s throw away from the house. Shawnee Peak is about 20 minutes away and has great skiing in the winter and challenging hiking trails in the summer. For easier trails Jockey Cap is also about 20 minutes away and is good for family hikes.
Flying in? Harrison is a hour drive from the Portland Airport International airport. Concord Trailways buses connect to Portland & Logan International Airport in Boston.
The area is filled with farms and small markets for fresh ingredients for your meals. Bridgton, Naples, Fryburg, and Norway provide ample dining opportunities and family activities. You can find local seafood at the super markets and Maine Lobster Express.
