We both live in Charlotte, North Carolina and spend our free time in Wrightsville at our condo.
Kerry purchased this condo in 2001
Our family have been coming down to Wrightsville since 1985. We would rent during the summer months and discovered the ease of being able to raise the children in a safe and fun environment. The building itself is extremely well maintained and the staff always helpful and polite.
As the pool and beach are so conveniently close and clean, it is a pleasure not to have to drive or walk to get there.
We decided to buy our unit in 2001 and in 2007 we completely renovated it and replaced all wiring and pipes. By enlarging the Master Bathroom and Kitchen it has made it spacious and comfortable.
As we still visit you will notice that it has everything needed for a short or prolonged stay.
As we are located on the south side of the building, it offers spectacular, unobstructed views of the ocean, beach and pool.
The condominium is light, airy, and although it is a only has two bedrooms, you still get the feeling of it being spacious and comfortable.
We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The location was great for visiting with our daughter and family in Wilmington. The view of the ocean was perfect - even got a couple of trips out on the beach although it was November. The condo was very well furnished and stocked and well located for special events like the lighted boat parade and the Wrightsville Beach tree-lighting.
Thank you Kerry for sharing your wonderful condo with us! The condo is fully stocked with the comforts of home and loved the beach decorations. We enjoyed walking the beach down to the pier and back daily. Wrightsville beach is very clean, well maintained and just beautiful! We also enjoyed the pool area while I enjoyed the sun my husband lounged under the cabana. Kerry kept us informed of hurricane Matthew and the conditions of the condo which kept my mind as ease. The only downfall of our trip was we left earlier then expected since there was a triathlon starting early Saturday morning at Wrightsville beach and the condo staff recommended we get over the bridge before the race started so we wouldn't hit traffic. We appreciated the advice and left without a problem getting to our flight on time. We would definitely come back for the amenities, ocean views, sunrises, and beautiful condo!
Hurricane Matthew almost took our vacation from us, BUT thanks to Kerry, the owner, we were able to enjoy another wonderful time at the beach. Kerry was so concerned about our safety and comfort and was in contact with us constantly about our plans. She was able and very willing to change the dates of our reservations, so that we could still have a wonderful week at the beach following Matthew's departure. Even after the hurricane had passed this "Picture Perfect Condo" was in perfect condition---as always. We were aware that the elevators were not working, but the day we arrived everything was good as Carol & Kris, Islander managers, helped carry our luggage and bags up the stairs and into our rooms. What a splendid and helpful staff!! By the following day one elevator was operating normally.
This was our third yearly visit, so now when we go into the condo we all feel as if we had "come home". It is a beautiful beach condo with a very special owner and a very capable and helpful Islander staff.
Thank you all for making us feel so comfortable and welcome in your ocean front condo. We love it and hope to visit again next year.

The apartment was well-appointed and tastefully decorated and the complex is well-maintained. The beach proximity made everything easy and the owner is very responsive and helpful. Overall a good experience!
This condo is a great fit for our stay at the beach. It is always so clean and comfortable and the view is outstanding. Kerry is always so quick to respond to any questions we submit. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.
Thank you Kerry for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous condo. It felt like coming home. Everything we needed was there, it was bright, comfortable and completely relaxing. The convenience of the location was perfect! Being steps away from the beach and pool was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. Wrightsville beach is very well maintained and the Islander staff were very kind and professional. I also appreciate the recommendations and tips you offered Kerry, they were very helpful. We couldnt have dreamed of a better place spend our family vacation. Thanks again and we can't wait to return!
