The Mediterranean style villa has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (1 en suite),1 WC, kitchen, sitting room, verandah, plus a large garden with a beautiful shaded area and a private pool. You can enjoy alfresco dining under the curtain-dressed pergola. The villa is built to a very high specification and stylishly furnished and landscaped.

The rooftop terrace is suitable for sunbathing, with beautiful hillside views to the rear and panoramic sea views to the front. The terrace can be used for a beautiful early evening retreat with the benefit of sea breezes.

Facilities include Broadband and a selection of board games and barbecue facilities.

The villa is set in a lovely residential area, on the door step to Coral Bay, less than 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beach and bars. The beach of Coral Bay being one of the best on the Island is particularly safe for children, due to the shallow waters and lack of rocks.

Quiet location whilst also benefitting from being close to the beach in Coral Bay and Paphos.

Position of the villa lends itself to benefitting from shaded areas that

are greatly appreciated in the hot summer months.

Pergola located in the garden is a great evening retreat as is the rooftop terrace.

What makes this villa unique

The owner, Jill Dunn spent a great deal of time designing the interior layout of the villa ensuring it had a warm, inviting home-away-from-home feel.

Particular attention to detail was also paid to the layout of the

garden. Rather than just concrete the whole area, beautiful flowering plants, herbs and fruits were planted. The garden is now flourishing and guests can help themselves to the produce grown, whilst also enjoying the spectacular colours of the flowers.

Villa St Helena is located on the outskirts of Peyia, a very popular and charming village situated on a gently sloping hillside, overlooking Coral Bay. It is very traditional in look and feel, with little winding streets and traditional stone houses with an old village church and shops at the centre. Peyia offers visitors a good selection of amenities including banks, doctors, two supermarkets, a fantastic bakery, butchers, fishmongers, DVD shop and launderette. It also offers a good selection of traditional tavernas where you can try the local fish or meat meze. Peyia is an excellent location for families and couples seeking a relaxing holiday but its location is ideal for reaching a good selection of green flag beaches and tourist attractions in the surrounding areas such as:-

Paphos Aphrodite Water park, Jet Skiing, Paragliding, Water Skiing, Banana Boat, Pedal Boats, Sea Kayaking, local Sea Cruises, Mountain Biking, Walking Treks

Notes:
The outside area has 4 recliners with adjustable back and leg rests, and full length cushion, plus 4 sunbathing loungers with adjustable back rests. There are also 12 outdoor dining chairs at your disposal, 6 situated at the dining area under the pergola and 6 located on the patio. The roof terrace also has an outdoor dining set, consisting of table, parasol and 4 cushioned recliners, plus one full length lounger and sofa area. This area can be used as an early evening retreat with the benefit of sea breezes. Please note, access to the bedrooms is via a marble staircase, that may not be suitable for the infirm. We are currently investigating wheelchair accessibility to the ground floor. As well as a cot and highchair we can also provide a stairgate that can be be fitted to internal door ways.

Impeccable, would move and live here if we could...

The villa is ideal for those who want a peaceful and relaxing break if you're a couple or group. We were just a couple and felt like a safe haven tucked away in the Peyia hillside but only a short (5 min) drive from all the action. Warren and Gill were amazing owners and Mark and Julia (maintenance) also very reliable and helpful.

Beds are comfy, pool perfect temperature, roof terrace is stunning. Very very private, not overlooked by anyone. Pool also gets the sun all day long.

Can't wait to come back very soon!

Beautiful holiday base

Our party of six spent two weeks at Villa St Helena and we all loved it. It's a great base for a relaxing holiday. We particularly loved the roof terrace of an evening after sunset.. so quiet you could hear a pin drop! One critisism is that the outside dining area wasn't surrounded by the white drapes, as the pictures on the website show. We all felt that would have really made that area special - as it was we didn't sit around that table to eat. We think the villa would benefit from a DVD player - we had just assumed one would be in place so had taken lots of films for the children with us. However, the television service is great there with lots of things to choose from should you wish. The pool area is great for and we enjoyed many barbeques on the patio. If we were visiting the Paphos area of Cyprus again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Villa St Helena again.

Fantastic Villa, with everything you need or would want for a family holiday. Peaceful area with beautiful views. With short distance to the beautiful Coral Beach and lively Peyia Town. Locals very helpful and friendly, Local supermarket has everything you would need plus more. Would recommend highly. I will definitely be going back. Loved our two weeks. Amazing villa with luxurious outdoor areas

A group of friends, my husband and I recently stayed at Villa St. Helena. The Villa was amazing and exceeded all expectations, the outdoor area really makes a huge difference and you can choose to have evening BBQ's by the lit up pool, a glass of champagne on the rather large roof terrace or sit inside and enjoy the luxury of the films that are all readily available on the TV system. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers and the villa inside is very modern and luxurious.

One bedroom has an ensuite and the other 2 share a very large bathroom with an added toilet downstairs. There is even a shared balcony overlooking the pool for 2 of the rooms.

As the area is quite hilly, it would be advisable to rent a car in the very hot months, although Peyia village itself is only a short walk. Coral Bay with its abundance of bars/clubs and restaurants is only a 10minute drive and everything is easily accessible from the villa via car/taxi.

I would definitely recommend this villa to friends and family and would love to stay again. It is great fun to go with a group of friends, as I did, or would be ideal for families too.

I spoke to Warren, the owner on a number of occasions and he was very accommodating when I asked if we could extend the check-out time due to a late flight. As there was nobody checking in the next day, he let us stay until 8pm which made all the difference on our final day.

I hope to visit again next year and if you are thinking of visiting, then do not hesitate. The villa really is amazing and you will not be disappointed.

The place to be...!

We can recommend Villa St Helena to everybody visiting Cyprus. We have rented holiday homes for quite some years now and this villa certainly ranks in the top 3. It is luxurious, comfortable, fulfills all possible needs and is located extremely well. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Coral Bay and in easy reach of Paphos.

If we return to Cyprus, this is certainly the place we'll want to stay!
