Fully equipped, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, quiet location, close to all amenities

The villa has a large lounge/dining room with american kitchen, a dining table, chairs and sitting area with two settees, an air con unit (extra charge) and ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains toaster, 3 ring oven with grill, microwave, large fridge/freezer. It also has sat tv with stations in many languages, FREE Wi fi, radio, dvd player and a small library of books and games. In a separate galleria is the washing machine, ironing board and iron.

On the ground floor is a twin-bedded bedroom and bathroom containing small bath, overhead shower, toilet, basin. Outside there is a small fully enclosed secure garden patio.

On the first floor is a double bedroom with on-suite, containing shower, toilet, basin. Access to the private roof patio is on this level. Outdoor furniture consists of table, chairs, sun chairs, sun umbrella and garden swing with shade. All bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided.

Special reduced rates for long lets from £100 per week.

Lovely and everything we needed

We loved the villa we stayed in. It had everything we needed and close to the pool. The only thing we struggled with is the air con. The downstairs was always nice and cool but upstairs was very hot always, we didn't mind in the day but could not sleep at night so we had to all sleep downstairs.

Of course August when you visited, is the hottest month in Spain but I am sorry you found upstairs too hot. However, the bedroom does have a ceiling fan and an additional free standing fan and my caretaker was only a phone call away and I am sure she would have provided an additional fan for you.

fantastic home from home

Had the most amazing relaxed 3weeks stay. A true home from home. Close to lots of ammenities and a good base to explore the area by car. The owner and care taker could not have been more helpfull we will definitely be back

Cosy little villa

We has this villa recommended by a friend. Jean was very helpful from start to finish. Me and my husband went and we loved it. Huge supermarket 5 mims walk away. Lively square 2 mims walk away with pubs bars and restaurants including Indian and Chinese. There is the use of a pool a few mins away but we only used it once. The fact that we could sit around the pool all day but not so much as drink a drink we provided ourselves and had to buy at the bar proved expensive Other than that we couldn't fault it. Bus route close with simple to understand bus routes which ment we went all over. The marker on the Sunday was emense I has to buy another suit case to carry all my buys back. Loved it. The beach at la mata was our favourite. I strongly recommend a boat trip from torrevieja to tarbarca island. This was the highlight of our week. Will be back

Nice holiday home

Me, my husband and my Dad stayed here in April this year. We had hired a car at the airport and the property was fairly easy to find, the instructions given were good. there was plenty of parking outside. The property was comfortable and well equipped as you might expect when the owners use it them selves. We ate in most nights and this was easily accomplished with the facilities. There were some restaurants near by on the Urbanization, but we did not use them. We did however eat out in the nearby town of Torrevieja, and there were many reasonably priced places. This town also had an enormous Friday market well worth a visit, but make straight for the underground car parks, as there is no street parking. This was probably the largest market I have ever seen!

There was a bus service a short walk away in to the town, but due to the location of the house I would suggest a car to be the most practical option. There was a large supermarket within 5 minutes, by car, which was open 7 days.

We preferred the beach at La Mata, about ten minutes north, it was quiet, clean and there were inexpensive restaurants.

I would like to thank you for the time we had at your Villa- beautiful Villa- nice and quiet too. Villa was nice and clean and very well maintained. The owner was very very helpful regarding our booking for the Villa. We have now been there twice- great Holiday. Privacy there too.

.We do hope to go back some time this year.

I would highly recommend this Villa for a great stay.

relaxing holiday

Having enjoyed several trips to this sweet villa, i can recommend it to all for its welcoming feel on arrival. its local management team [ English] its location which is close to English speaking restaurants/cafes tappas bars and bank with cash machine It is also on a bus route into town and beaches. And for the girls, several local markets. It is located in a very quiet area with friendly neighbors . I shall be re-booking in the near future. The owner , Jean,has a booking and directions package which i found very easy to follow. I have tried others but none have come close to this little gem of of a villa. Please , go try, and enjoy.

The villa is in a quiet residential area , within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and amid the two salt lakes of the area, where locals bathe for the therapeutic properties of the water. The entrance to the nature trails around the La Mata salt lake being a two minute walk away.

There are many blue flag beaches in the area, aqua parks, marina, golf courses, and shopping centres a short car journey away. Many facilities are accessible by the bus which stops a away. The local bowling club with a swimming pool and five minute walk away. The Casa Ventura bar/restaurant is across the road.

Torreviejas own Friday market is one of the largest in Spain. A local craft market is held each late afternoon/evening on the promenade near the marina and a funfair is also located in this area.

From the port you can take a boat trip along the coast or to Tabarca, a protected nature and marine reserve. The Rio safari park in Elche is a mix of a zoo, safari park and farm.
