Why Tracy Bogart chose Chapel Hill
This rental is perfect because it feels like country (it's super quiet), but is only 5 minutes to town, 20 minutes to Durham, 30 minutes to Raleigh and 20 minutes to the airport. Children and pets can run safely around the fenced in property.
What makes this Farmhouse unique
Benefits would be an off the grid experience, and lots of privacy while still having all the luxuries of modern living. Pets welcome.

We’d planned to visit Raleigh/Durham ‘s sights, but decided to explore the friendly atmosphere of Carrboro and Chapel Hill ‘s shops, marvelous food options and meet so many welcoming people, that leaving the area would have been indecent! Tracy and Phil along with their two dogs made us feel at home and with the beauty not only of their home but of their historical property. Tracy’s yoga assistance was invaluable and I feel as if we were destined to meet because of shared experiences.
We can’t recommend this property highly enough! It’s the best!
Thank you Bill and Kathy! We’d love to see you again some day...perhaps a pit stop on the way to more exotic countries! :0)
Great experience for four adults and two dogs. Two bedrooms, one bath, and had access to kitchen and living room, plus porch and large fenced-in backyard (which was great for the dogs). Tracy and Phil are good people, and their own dogs (Lulu and Thelma) are a delight. Wonderful stay was had by all.
Super clean quaint lodging
Immmaculately clean in country setting outside Chapel Hill. Friendly and accomodating hosts in a quaint rural setting
Comfy, Quiet, Convenient Location
Just as advertised, this property was about a 10 minute drive to campus area. Being out in the countryside, this place was so quiet. Everything was great about the house—clean, comfortable, quiet, and access to full kitchen, and the host is very accommodating. Very enjoyable stay!
We enjoyed our stay in Chapel Hill. The property was just the right amount of secluded to get away from it all, yet close enough to all the activities of the Raleigh-Durham area! Thanks to our friendly hosts for their hospitality and the jump!
The home is secluded, restful and beautiful. We would love to come back. Thank you Tracy.
Only minutes away from civilization! College Basketball and Football games are huge here.
