Great condo with modern amenities blended with a historic feel

In Charleston for the first time for our 15th Anniversary, the condo, the location, and Matt were all wonderful. Elevator is very slow but added to historic feel. Close proximity to almost everything! Already trying to decide when we can come back and stay in the Soho suite.

Fantastic Location

The apartment is in a great location. Easy walking to everything with a parking garage next door. It is very spacious with lots of light. It does front a main street with what appear to be original windows, so there is street noise. But it wasn't so bad that it kept us up at night. The only issue I had was no chest of drawers to put clothes--plenty of closet space though. We were able to walk across the street to FIG and around the corner to the Charleston Grill. There is a Visitors Center 3-4 doors down. We got the Charleston self guided walking tour that practically started at our doorstep.

Awesome location

Right in the middle of what's happening!

Our apartment was a corner unit, lots of windows and light. Clean as a pin. Comfortable. It was a little noisy during the daylight hours, but settled down at night. We only used the car once to go to Boone Hall Plantation, everything else was walkable. Dining is everywhere, whatever you want.

Wonderful stay

Perfect location! We parked our car in the garage and didn't move it. We had already toured Fort Sumter and the Yorktown on a previous visit so we spent this week walking and eating at fabulous restaurants. The Soho Suite was perfect. The wifi did not work well but that is the only complaint I have about the Suite. Everything else was perfect! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place to Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charleston and this apartment was a huge part of that! It was literally in the middle of everything-conveniently located to every restaurant we wanted to try, and was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Lots of natural light in the living area and a king sized bed made the accommodations very enjoyable and the management was attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
