About this property

This perfectly placed home is minutes from all that's great about the North Fork: loads of beaches, excellent wineries, great restaurants, charming villages, fresh farm stands. That is if you want to leave the large secluded deck overlooking an expansive woodsy back yard where you can relax in the hammock, get sun on a chaise, play badminton, or dine outdoors.

The contemporary home is bright, airy, and tastefully and comfortably furnished, with abundant artworks and books. The recently renovated chef's kitchen is very well appointed with top of the line appliances, marble countertops, and plenty of cookware. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bath. There is a lovely guest room with a full size bed, and an office/guest room with a very comfortable queen size sleep sofa. All fresh linens are supplied.

Outside in the shed, are 2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and badminton and croquet sets.

Southold Sanctuary

My husband and I spent 5 weeks here to escape our Manhattan apartment during COVID. It was just perfect and Alison is an excellent host. The house is clean and cozy, and the backyard is a gorgeous! One Woman winery is just across the street and the beach is an easy bike ride away. We miss our Southold sanctuary!

Beautiful home away from home. Great kitchen, deck and backyard!

Comfortable and well-designed. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and bright. Spacious outdoor deck and backyard. Truly made our stay like a home away from home!
