*Waikiki Lanais, our building, is in the heart of world famous Waikiki beach. Walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, the zoo, aquarium, diamond head, and many other activities.
* The zoning laws governing this condo building require a 30-day rental contract. If you cannot stay the entire 30 days in the contract that would be up to you. Please contact me with any questions.
*Condo is luxurious, totally renovated, with brand new flooring, a new kitchen, new bathroom, new towels, matching dishes, glasses, and utensils. It is beautifully decorated with contemporary Hawaiian decor and comfortable furnishings.
*Breathtaking view of Honolulu and the Ala Wai golf course from the furnished lanai. We are on the cool, peaceful side of our building. Wonderful breeze, air conditioning as well.
*Owners are local residents and make sure everything is perfect for each guest. We are easy to reach should any needs arise.
* FREE covered parking stall and free internet and Netflix. Parking in Waikiki can run up,to $18/day, free parking a real value.
*Socialize with local residents and travelers from all over the world on the rooftop deck while grilling, dining, enjoying cocktails, and viewing Waikiki beach. Sunset is extremely magnificent.
*Building is completely renovated: a beautiful new lobby, renovated pool, hot tub, pool area bathrooms and saunas, lounge chairs, outdoor shower, weight room, rooftop bar, rooftop furniture, and carpeting in the interior hallways.
*We include soap, shampoo, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, foil, baggies, coffee filters, to last at least a few weeks of your stay. We also provide 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a beach bag and hat, cooler, and snorkle gear.
*Waikiki beach has crystal clear warm water year round, with many activities including surfing, boogie boarding, outrigger canoeing, snorkeling, swimming, walking and of course people watching!
*Hundreds of restaurants close by. Guidebook inside condo with recommendations. Don't miss Dukes, we love Cheesburger in Paradise for breakfast and lunch, and for a special occasion Hys Steakhouse, one block away!
*Shops in Waikiki and within walking distance include designer boutiques as well as Nordstrom Rack and Ross Dress for Less. Ala Moana shopping center, one of the largest malls in the country, is 2 miles away.
*Walk over to nearby Kapiolani Park where there are festivals and craft fairs many weekends. Or walk over to catch a concert at the Waikiki Shell or performance at the Waikiki bandstand. We also love hiking Diamond Head Crater which is very close.
*Kapahulu Avenue less than a mile away is loaded with shops and restaurants that locals frequent.
*Safeway is the closest large grocery store, it's on Kapahulu. There is a small full line grocery store Food Pantry just 2 blocks away.
*We love the location of our condo as it is easy to get to and close to everything. While you can walk to everything in Waikiki, if you want to go elsewhere on Oahu you will most likely want a car, but there is a good bus service here and always UBER and LYFT if you really don't want a car.
