Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly renovated mobile home. All walls & the ceiling have new paint; all floors are new; there is new base and chair rail trim; and, all of the windows have new plantation blinds. Check-in is available 24 hours as our front door is secured with a key-pad combo dead bolt lock. Guests are given a personal code on the day of check-in and it is erased upon checkout.
There is high-speed wireless Internet throughout the home and a work area with a color printer/copier/scanner/fax and office basics such as tape, stapler, calculator etc. The home has central heat and air conditioning.
The home is fully furnished for 9 with sleeping in bedrooms for 7, plus a Queen Futon-bed in the Living Room. Two sets of all linen are provided as well 2 sets of bath and hand towels and wash clothes.
The home dining table seats 8 and there is a bar with a stool in the same area. We provide all the cutlery, utensils, and place-settings needed for 9 as well as all the normal pots, pans, skillets and gadgets.
Appliances include all new oven/stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, dish washer, food disposal, coffee maker, toaster and clothes washer and dryer.
Our Living Room is open to the kitchen and dining area and has a Queen Futon in front of an electric fireplace. Mounted above the fireplace is a 60" HD Smart TVr. This entire open area becomes a home theatre as the TV is connected to a sound system. We provide the
The Master Bedroom has a new King bed, a wall mounted 50" HD Smart TV that has Roku built in, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a large "garden" tub and separate shower. Down the hallway are two additional bedroom and a second full bath. One bedroom has a full bed and the other bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed arrangement. All bedrooms have a closet, digital clock, table, drawers, night light and a suitcase rack.
The home is on a 72-acre commercial pine plantation and is a Agritourism site under Florida law. There are 3 homes on the 72 acres and the closest one is through trees, about 500’ away and is not visible from Dowling Park Place. Guests are welcome to wander the entire property but should not venture off of the entrance road or closely mowed areas as there can be venomous snakes in high grass areas.
