Large 3 bed luxury apartment in Monte Paraiso

Monte Paraiso is one of the most prestigious 5 star complexes between Marbella and Puerto Banus. The complex has beautifully manicured gardens, five swimming pools including an indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, steam room, squash court, Wi-Fi, 24hr gated security, CCTV, children's playground, extensive parking, a summer lifeguard and cafe area. There is a great sense of tranquillity to Monte Paraiso due to its low rise, low density layout. The apartment is very spacious with two large terraces with views of La Concha mountain. It has 3 king sized bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, guest toilet, newly installed kitchen and a beautiful large lounge. The furnishings are of a very high quality and the apartment is very well equipped with all the comforts for a great holiday, including large gas BBQ, TV, DVD and its own, high speed dedicated Wi-Fi.

Why Gary Morrison chose West Costa del Sol

I had stayed in many different apartments and hotels over the years. Some good some bad. We rented this apartment in 2008 and fell in love with it and the complex. I managed to rent it again in 2009 (there are only two apartments out of around ninety that are available to rent) and bought it from the owner. I've been coming every year since with my family... New Year, Easter and Summer.

What makes this apartment unique

If you ask any of the estate agents in the Marbella area they will tell you that Monte Paraiso is the best complex along the Golden Mile. It is very spacious, low rise, low density, with beautifully manicured gardens and several swimming pools. The largest pool has a very gentle slope like a beach, making it suitable for younger children to play. It also has a fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, squash court, sauna, steam rooms, bar area and a cafe area open during the summer. It has a very friendly feel to it, never crowded and there are only two apartments out of approximately ninety which are available for rent.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your apartment. Its far bigger and more spacious than the photos suggest and its beautifully decorated throughout. Its so well equipped, that even if, like us, you are travelling with a baby and a toddler, there is very little that you need to bring with you (although no cot is provided). We spent many an evening dining outside on the large very private terraces, whilst enjoying the view of the mountains.

The main pool area is really safe for kids and beautifully maintained and laid out. We spent alot of time messing around in the pool with the kids and it never got busy, so we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. When we could find the energy, we made use of the gym facilities, which are again first class. The whole complex is very secure and really well maintained.

To anyone looking for a place to spend a week in this part of Spain, can't recommend this place enough, you won't be disappointed with this apartment. Its quiet, conveniently located, beautifully set out. A real find. Thanks Barbara. We'll be back

The location and amenities of the urbanisation are just the best!We are family with three kids and they really have everything for them: great pool with the lifeguard and a little playground.The possibilities to have your exercises are also great.The gym and indoor pool are just in front of the apartment.We used to run down to the beach and the distance was enough for training as also great for walking.It is probably he best apartment you can find in Marbella area for rent.Thank you!

W czerwcu wyporzyczylismy piekny apartament w Monte Paraiso , nazwa apartamentu Alcazaba 1b, od Garry .

Spedzilismy tam tydzien czasu, tylko pozazdroscic.

Ten osrodek jest polozony w pieknym miejscu, miedzy gorami i oceanen .

Wszedzie jest blisko, do centrum, nas morze.

Polecamy wszystkim ten apartament ktorzy chciala spedzic przepiekny urlop na slonecznym wybrzezu Hiszpani.

En skön semester i sensommarsolen

Vi har precis varit på semester i Garys fina lägenhet och är mycket nöjda med boendet.

Den rymliga lägenheten har stora sovrum med bekväma sängar och två badrum med både dusch och badkar/jacuzzi och det finns även en extra separat toalett. I köket finns allt man kan behöva; köksredskap, spis, ugn, kaffebryggare, micro, diskmaskin, kyl och frys. Bredvid köket finns tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En stor terrass med en matplats och en stor gasgrill samt en loungedel med soffgrupp och fantastisk utsikt över berget La Concha. I Vardagsrummet finns gott om plats runt soffbordet för många att umgås. Lägenheten har mycket bra wifi-uppkoppling och även en smart-TV.

Mittemot lägenheten finns ett gym med fria vikter, maskiner och squashbana. Där finns även en bastu och en uppvärmd inomhuspool. På området finns också fyra utomhuspooler i olika storlekar med solstolar och parasoll. Vi bodde i lägenheten i början på september när det var lågsäsong så vi hade alla pooler och gymmet för oss själva. Området är väl tilltaget så även under högsäsong behöver man inte trängas.

Från lägenheten är det gångavstånd till Paseon (strandpromenaden). Vandra längs havet, ta ett dopp om temperaturen tillåter och kanske äta med utsikt över havet.

Vi rekommenderar att ni hyr bil när ni hyr lägenheten så att man enkelt kan ta sig runt. En kort bilresa från lägenheten når man centrala Marbella åt ena håller och Puerto Banus åt det andra. Det finns gratis parkering i nära anslutning till lägenheten.

A real find - you will not be disappointed!

Booking online is always risky - descriptions and photos can easily exaggerate and the reality can often disappoint. Not this time, thankfully!.

This appartement is beautiful, is located in a luxury complex and actually is on the Golden Mile.

The appartement is spacious to say the least, very comfortable and very well equipped. The gym, pool and cafeteria are top notch and the staff are discreet and friendly.

Marbella is 5 minutes by car, Porto Banus not much more. The owner and his family provided us with some great suggestions for places to visit, bars and restaurants. If you havent yet visited the area then we would recommend it.

Perfect family stay!

We stayed for 10 days at this gorgeous apartment with our two young children. It suited us as it was all on one level within a gated complex. The facilities were excellent from the indoor heated pool to the play park and well equipped gym. The apartment itself was spacious, tastefully decorated and again well equipped-the owner was happy to arrange cots and high chairs which was ideal. The location was great but I would recommend a hire car to make it easier to get to the supermarket, beach and restaurants.

Monte Paraiso is on the Golden Mile between Marbella and Puerto Banus both a short drive away (5 mins). The famous Maritimo walkway is 1km away and along which you can walk along the coast into Marbella Old Town and the beautifully preserved Orange Square or to glamorous Puerto Banus. There is an abundance of beaches near by each offering something different - the closest is 1km away. The apartment is just 2 hours drive from the must-see Grenada and the Alahambra, Seville and Cordoba and Ronda is just 75kms away. Monte Paraiso is surrounded by white washed Andalucian towns - the closest Istan 15 mins away. The area is full of national parks for the enthusiastic walker. Tarifa which is just over an hour away offers surfing, kite-surfing and full adventure sports.

The apartment is very suitable for children of all ages. It is on the ground floor, is very secure and all on one level. The owners have small children and so the apartment is equipped for them - high chairs and baby cots provided. It is also suitable for people with mobility issues as there is a lift from the underground parking area to the apartment or parking is available opposite the front entrance to the apartment. Two large private terraces one for sitting, one for dining - they both have wonderful views of La Concha Mountain. The main swimming pool is very suited to young children as it slopes down to depth (like a beach) so they can find their level easily and in summer months it has a lifeguard.
