We know youll appreciate all the updates in the common areas- lobby and attached restrooms, gym, game room, ski valet, fire pit, hallway carpet, lighting, new furniture, more modern color scheme- and theres even more behind the scenes! 


You will also likely notice a more industrial look in some hallways with exposed ceilings, as well as equipment stored in the garage. Thank you for your understanding that this is a temporary situation. The next phase of the project involves installing new, energy efficient HVAC components in the Spring. Please note that the original A/C system has been turned off!
