There is a double bed, four single beds, two bicamas. There is also a guest bathroom. The living room has two environments (TV and dining table) with two ceiling fans. From the balcony of the apartment there is a view of the pool and the beach in the background. In the kitchen there are the basics: duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave and basic appliances. In the laundry apart from the tank there is a washing machine. The voltage is 220W and the outlets are three prongs. There is a good play area with playground, games room and two swimming pools, one for children with waterfall and one for adults. There is a mini infantile block and space for use of internet (the signal oscillates a lot). There is a garage for one car, but the condo has some for rent. The guest can enjoy this equipment. There is also an exclusive gate with direct access to the beach. This apartment is special also because of the location, as it is literally on the sand of the beach (there is no need to cross the street). There is an exclusive concierge for the beach. Another peculiarity: for those who like to pedal, it is possible to do everything in the city of bike. Plus: the beach is very good and in front of the condo there are coconut trees that provide good shade. There is also good structure with kiosks by the sea. The children's and adult pools are practically in the sand of the beach. It is a family condominium, so the law of silence must be
be respected after 10 pm. The trash must be removed daily by the guest and taken to the bins on the ground floor. Balcony and windows have screen protection for peace of mind of guests with children.
