This beautiful apartment as a large private balcony with fantastic views over the sea, pool and gardens. This complex is provided with a lift. Sunbeds are provided, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun, great for al fresco dining. Set in beautiful gardens, with large communal pool and separate kiddies pool. Although set in a peaceful and quiet location, it is only 5/10 minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. All rooms have air-conditioning, and is fully equipped to a high standard This apartment as everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Free WiFi. It is situated opposite the popular 5 star Venus Beach Hotel and guests are more than welcome to use there facilities. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away and runs frequently to Paphos and Coral Bay. Close by is the historical Tomb of the Kings.

This property is managed by an English couple who are on call in order to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

Golf information: Four golf courses operate on the island: 1. Tsada golf club: The club is situated near Tsada village 20 minutes drive. It is 18 hole golf course. 2. Secret Valley golf club: It is located 18km east of Paphos. 3. Aphrodite Hills: A 18-hole international golf course located near the birthplace of Aphrodite. Also available is 3 hole course.4. Elea Golf Club newly opened end of 2010, only a 10min drive from centre of Paphos, on the Airport road. There is also a driving range located on the main road between Coral Bay and Paphos.

This apartment is very spacious, with an open-plan living area. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The lounge area is equipped with a double sofa bed. All bedrooms are spacious with ample cupboards/wardrobes 1 with en-suite, all rooms are fitted with air-con units. Cots and High Chairs are available on request at an extra charge payable locally. Really good value for money. The apartment was huge and situated in an excellent position.

You always feel at bit apprehensive going on holiday in an apartment you haven't used before.

As soon as you enter you get a really positive feel that you made an excellent choice of where to stay. Not only is it huge, especially the balcony, but it is well appointed with everything you will need. This includes a hob, dishwasher, washing machine and even an oven (rarely seen). The air-con is a bonus.

The location is ideally positioned for food shopping etc and is very close to a bus stop that gives a really good service to Paphos Bus Station, where it is easy to connect to other parts of the area.

We will be seriously consider booking this apartment again in the future.

King Palace Apartment 102 (Kato Paphos - Cyprus)

The apartment (on the 1st floor ) is indeed very spacious and the terrace is fabulous - spent the majority of our time here when not out exploring.

The complex itself is a little tired looking and some areas could do with a makeover but it is fairly attractive, the pool an ideal size and perfect for lazing about in. The apartment is well equipped in most areas but could do with more mirrors, plug sockets and the bedrooms could do with a dressing table and a bedside table in the second bedroom. The TV situation is a mystery as we could not view any channels but the owners claim that we mustn't have be using it correctly so possibly that was the case. Wifi was good. The view from the terrace is generous overlooking the pools in one direction and the sea in the other, albeit overlooking Llidl carpark. You do indeed get a beautiful sunset overlooking the sea which is a lovely bonus. The chill out furniture on the terrace was wonderful for relaxing and well furnished too with table and sunbeds.

The apartment is neatly positioned between Kato Paphos and Coral Bay.

In the immediate vicinity there is Llidl supermarket - great for your supplies and if you turn left out of the complex there are a handful of bars and restaurants close to. The indian restaurant (turn right out of the complex) is 2 mins walk and of excellent quality.

The complex is actually on the Tomb of the Kings road so you can visit this attraction by walking 15 mins down the road beyond the first set of bars and it's worth a visit but remember your water and avoid early afternoon when it's at its hottest.

For the best set of bars and restaurants pay a visit to Kato Paphos down near the sea. You would need to taxi or drive here and from the apartment is about 10 mins. There is a lovely coastal walk here too. In the opposite direction from Kato Paphos is Coral Bay, about 15 mins drive. This is an absolute delight - the beach is sandy and the sea not too rough, in fact very family friendly. You approach Coral Bay down a long road lined with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and eventually you will find parking on the left just above the beach.

Another trip has to be to the Troodos mountains and a must is to go via the quaint village of Omodus. Stop here for lunch - simply wonderful.

The owners of the apartment have details in the information book to help plan your trips which is very useful and although there are frequent bus services, we feel a car is a must!

One point we must make clear TV in Cyprus is mostly streaming via the internet. This apartment is fitted with an android box . All English channels are available plus movie channels with latest films. YouTube plus many more. Very simple to operate. We are always available to offer assistance if required. Please just ask.

Great apartment with great views

A very well equipped apartment with great sea views and stunning sun sets. It has the largest balcony I have ever seen. A perfect place for a family holiday or if like us you like a lot of space it is great for a couple. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Outstanding apartment

We stayed in this apt for a family holiday and it was just perfect. Spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable furnishings.

We enjoyed excellent customer service from. Phil and Carol.

The location is ideal within easy access of the bus route, we did not need a car. Supermarket two mins away.

4 excellent quality sun loungers to use by the poolside

The balcony furniture was the best we've experienced and use of a barbecue great.

We would recommend this property to anyone it is first class.

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

This is a very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment, with a huge balcony. The pool is large and well maintained. The location is great, particularly if you haven't hired a car. The bus route to Kato Paphos and Coral Bay is only a couple of hundred yards away, with a very frequent service. The local Lidl (just outside the apartment block) is very handy and there are some good local shops and bars. In particular, I would recommend DT's for a good atmosphere, pub quiz and excellent food: also, the Copabar and Devonshire restaurant, which does tasty and reasonably priced set menus.

This luxury Apartment is located in one of the most popular area's of Paphos, just off the main Tomb of the Kings road between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos international airport is only a 20 min drive. The old town and daily market is nearby. Paphos famous fishing harbour is only 10 min drive away, where you can sample one of the fine restaurants, or book one of the various boat trips. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, car hire are all within 5 min walk. Local buses run frequently throughout the day in the summer. The bus stop is just a 2 minute walk away. Close by is the Tombs of the Kings famous historical site, and for the more adventurous hire a 4x4 and head up to the Troodos Mountains, and experience the breathtaking views, and enjoy the hospitality of the local Cypriots, visiting various Monasteries and Winery's along the way.
